The communal swimming pool with poolside bar, has a kids area, lifeguard in attendance and a restaurant. The house resembles the white Spanish villages style. Facing south ensures sunbathing in the private garden and terrace.

| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom full with bath, shower, bidet, WC and basin. Downstairs there is an extra bathroom with WC and basin. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, iron and board, microwave oven, etc. Completely refurbished in February 2008. |
| Living Rooms: | Living/dining room with fireplace and a sleeping sofa, armchairs, TV set, dining table and 6 chairs, connects with the stair case that takes to the top floor where the main bedroom and the main bathroom are. |
| Other: | There is an east facing terrace in the upper floor. From the living/dining room you exit to a private garden with beautiful plants, facing south where you can enjoy sunbathing. Sun lounges are provided. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen is provided and is changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Pets are accepted but please ask.
Car hire would be advisable. Also, there is a frequent bus service to town.
Taxi service to town is not expensive.
Outside
In the garden there is a BBQ. A teak table with four teak chairs, a sun blind, sun lounges with cushions, 2 extra tables and 4 chairs (plastic).
Coast/Beach
100 meters away from the beach.
Golf
East you can go to Almuñecar or Motril (15-30 minutes drive).
West in Velez-Malaga (Baviera) and Rincon de la Victoria (Añoreta)(20-30 minutes drive).
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is 2 hour drive from Nerja. Ski in the morning and bathe in the sea in the afternoon.
Special interest holidays
Learning Spanish in Nerja is a good experience many students and elder people do. The arab legacy is patent in the villages and in the food. There are some routes that combine culture and pleasure. Ruta de la pasa (raisin), del vino (wine), del aceite (oil) del aguacate (advocat), etc where you visit the small white villages and taste their gastronomy (be careful with the wine if you drive).
Travel
Malaga airport is 65 km away (highway 40 minutes drive).
There is a private airport in Velez-Malaga (Trapiche).
