The luxury roof terrace apartment has a four poster bed, luxury walk-in shower room, walk-in wardrobes, lounge (with sofa bed) diner with kitchenette opening onto a private roof terrace with access to the pool area.The large private terrace has amazing views and has luxury garden furniture, a parasol and sun loungers for your comfort.Also there is a private bbq to enjoy your evening meal relaxing and watching your stunning surroundings. Sleeps up to 4 people. It is built to the highest of standards and equipped with comfort in mind and has central heating in winter, satellite TV and hairdryer. Egyptian cotton bed linen ,dressing gowns and towels are provided although we do request you bring your own pool/beach towels. A welcome pack is provided with essential items such as tea, coffee, milk, water, bread, butter, fresh eggs, and a good bottle of wine. A luxury room for customers wanting quality and relaxation. |

We have two beautiful poolside apartments next to each other that have private terraces with garden furniture overlooking the pool. Each one has a bedroom equipped with either twin or a double bed and the bathroom has a power shower. The lounge area has a sofa bed are furnished to a high standard with a full working kitchen. Beautiful apartments suitable for couples or families up to 4 people. Relax in the morning over breakfast after a dip in the pool. The poolsides have wonderful views over the olive groves and are great areas for a family or a group and next to the patio is a large bbq area to enjoy al fresco dining and relax on your own private space. Casa Pino Solo is flexible and the whole villa including the main wing can be rented for large groups of families or friends. this consists of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and even 5 kitchens. There are many lounge areas and also the most amazing outside spaces including terraces and patios with shady pergolas. The villa is furnished to a high standard with luxury in mind with an amazing lounge with a 42 inch plazma tv with sky. Set in two and a half acres of olive groves there are ample car park spaces on the large private drive and many rooms to give you all a feel of home from home. There is even a room to cater for disabled giving your group full flexibility. All bedrooms have beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets, towels and even dressing gowns and the bathrooms are fully equipped with power showers and a corner bath in the main wing of the house. There are full cooking facilities and even paella rings to cook the traditional Spanish dish. A luxury retreat for a large group to enjoy. |

Notes on accommodation
There are children facilities on the complex. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
This complex is perfect for groups wishing to have their own kitchens and bathrooms but sharing the rest of the facilities to enjoy a good party.
Hen parties and stag parties are welcome when hiring out the whole complex.
This is a perfect retreat for a holiday any time of the year due to having a heated pool.During the cooler months you can still have beautiful sunshine and be able to use the swimming pool which is a unique feature to our property.
Accessibility
A bedroom ensuite is available with full disabled facilities sleeping two people. There is also full wheelchair access to the room and around the terraces and by the pool area.
the bathroom is large and has a big open shower that has a free standing chair to be used and also around the bathroom are special rails for security.
Outside
There is a beautiful pool area with a 8m by 4 m pool and many sunloungers and cushions supplied. To give you shade there is a large pergola that is perfect to get away from the heat if you want to. We also have a 6 seater jacuzzi and a large games area with a English pool table, table tennis and darts.
There are an abundance of areas to relax and for groups who have the whole villa there is a waterproof pergola and even a plunge pool for the kids.there is also a seated area with scatter cushions that has a tv so you can relax outside and watch sky tv.
Near the pool area is a beautiful grape vine and a full bbq area that is perfect for your relaxing nights in al fresco dining.
We supply pool inflatables and also there are mountain bikes if you feel a bit energetic.
We have kayaks that can be taken to the lake beach for the day for something a little different,and if you want anything special organising nothing is too much trouble here just ask.
Coast/Beach
Casa Pino Solo is only 10 mins drive from Iznajar lake and its sandy beach area. Swim in the fresh water lake and have a drink and a meal at the restaurant on the beach. During the summer there are non motorised water sports available on the lake.Only 1 hour from the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
Golf
New golf course at Antequera, 20 minutes drive. Another three proposed courses being built nearby in the future.
Skiing
Sierra Nevadas are about 50 minutes away with the famous Sol y Nieve resort, 'the highest ski resort in Europe' and all facilities available. During December to March any holidays booked for a week or more we offer a free days transport to the ski slopes during your stay for up to a maximum of 4 people at any one time
Special interest holidays
We offer full beauty treatments that you can pre book and have on the complex at any time. Salsa classes for beginners offered also.
Kayaks are here for enthusiasts to take to the lake beach.
Anyone interested in Pilates can now get either one to one sessions at the villa or small groups can also be booked.
For the ladies who enjoy a bit of clothes shoping a clothes party can also be arranged for something a little different.
Travel
Málaga airport is 50 minutes away, Granada, which Ryan Air have just started flying to, is about 45 minutes away. Car hire is essential to get around and see the sites!

By car, 2km to the village of Fuente del Conde, 10km from Iznájar, 101km from Córdoba and the old quarter, mosque etc. 88km from Granada and the Alhambra, the Generalife gdns, old quarter etc. 106km from Málaga and the cathedral, Alcazaba and castle. 211km from Sevilla, 122km from Sierra Nevadas, 59km from Antequera, 12km from Rute and 33km from Lucena.

Address: Head towards Rute from Iznajar, opposite the turn off to the village of La Celada, on the left is El Charcon, next door is a place that looks like a castle.
Bar Manolo, menu in English and some English spoken.
Address: Go into the village of Salinas, you will see Bar Mejias directly in front of you, turn left and Bar Manolo is the last bar on the right.
El Estacion, menu in English and some English spoken.
Address: As for Bar Manolo but instead of turning left at Bar Mejias go straight across and turn right at the end. The restaurant is in part of the old railway station and you may see a train go past whilst dining outside in the covered terrace area!
Beach Bar, unfortunately only open in the summer season this bar is situated right at the back of the beach by the lake. Very little English spoken.
