Changeover day
Normal bookings are from Saturday to Saturday; arrival time is anytime from 3pm and departure by 11am. These are all flexible depending on other bookings.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 can be utilised as a double or twin room. Bedroom 2 is a twin room, both have built in wardrobes and air conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | En-Suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with full bath with shower, toilet, bidet and sink unit. Guest bathroom has full bath with shower, toilet, bidet and sink unit, hairdryer also supplied. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. - all that's essential in the kitchen! |
| Living Rooms: | The living area has an 8-seater dining table leading into the lounge with sofas, coffee tables and matching side unit with TV, Sky satellite, DVD player and music centre. The patio doors fill one wall enabling a beautiful view of the terrace and garden. |
| Other: | The main bedroom has the added advantage of double patio doors leading into the jasmin scented garden. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen, bath, hand and beach towels are provided. These will be changed on a weekly basis. A fee paying cleaning service can be provided on request. |
Notes on accommodation
The garden apartment is suitable for children of any age as it's very secure. Baby equipment can be rented from local agents which can be arranged if given enough prior notice. Air-conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only.
Outside
The large terrace has a 3 & 2 seater sofa with coffee tables and side tables, there is a 6-seater dining table and barbecue. The terrace leads onto the private garden that has loungers and occassional tables. The apartment is set in beautiful subtropical gardens, loungers are provided at the pool.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately half a mile away. There is also a landscaped outdoor pool at the beach with 2 Chirungitos (beach restaurants) and a Thai restaurant overlooking the pool and Mediterrean. Loungers can be hired on the beach or at the pool.
Golf
Balcon de Benavista is situated 2 minutes from well-known El Paraiso hotel and 5 minute walk to El Paraiso golf house and golf course. Also with over 40 championship golf courses within an hour of the accommodation you can play a different course everyday. Closer to home are Estepona, Atalaya and Los Arqueros Golf courses to name a few.
Skiing
Winter Skiing near Granada is approximately a two hours drive by motorway and can easily be a day trip. All ski essentials can be hired on arrival at the resort or pre-booked on the internet.
Travel
Malaga airport is approximately 50 minutes by car and 40 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Airport pick-ups can be arranged for you and although it isn't absolutely neccesary as most essential amenities are within walking distance, it is recommended to hire a car to get the most from your holiday.
Distances
Situated only 10 minutes drive from the world famous marina of Puerto Banus and Marbella town and beach and 10 minutes from the Spanish town of Estepona. Beautiful Malaga city is 1 hour's drive and duty free Gibraltar 40 minutes.
Further details
Just 2 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk, you'll find shops, supermarkets, banks, chemist, hairdressers, numerous restaurants and bars. Also a bowling green and tennis courts. A 10 minute drive will take you to Selwo safari park or the Equestrian school.

A booking form will be sent with your enquiry. A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking and the remainder in 8 weeks before arrival.
