The apartment is situated in the new Reserva del Higueron complex which sits on the border between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, a short drive from several sandy beaches. The complex is set in a quiet location about 1 mile from Benalmadena pueblo and has beautiful landscaped gardens with two large outdoor pools and ornamental water feature with fountain. The apartment has a very large terrace which is furnished with table, chairs and loungers. There are views of the surrounding mountains.

Changeover day
Arrivable day flexible by arrangement to suit you. Apartment should be vacated by 11 o'clock on departure day. Arrivals preferably after 2 o'clock.

The complex is situated within landscaped gardens with two large swimming pools for residents and guests. There is also a leisure centre within the development which has indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, jacuzzi, beauty salons, tennis courts, restaurants and bars all available to our guests at extra charge.
Coast/Beach
A 5 minute drive takes you to the beach which stretches to Fuengirola. One mile from the apartment is the pretty village of Benalmadena Pueblo with restaurants and bars tucked away down narrow cobbled streets with whitewashed houses.The busy resorts of Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Benalmadena with its award winning marina, sandy beaches, shopping plazas, bars, restaurants and night life are all within a few minutes drive from the apartment. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 20 mins away.
Golf
There are 25 golf courses in the vicinity including the world famous 36 hole Mijas Golf Resort which is a short 15 minute drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport 20 mins. Train service 10 mins away. Car hire is recommended. Airport pick up can be arranged if required.

Fuengirola 10 mins. (Aqua Park, Zoo, Go karting). Marbella and Puerto Banus 20 mins. Seville 2 hours. Granada 1.5 hours.
Cordoba 1.5 hours. Ronda 1 hour.

At the entrance to the complex there is a supermarket, newsagent, internet and phone shop, small cafe, and indian restaurant. The apartment is about 5 mins by car from the village of Benalmadena where there is a variety of restaurants, bars, banks, shops and supermarkets an even greater variety of these facilities can be found within a 10-15 drive.
Booking notes
A discount on bookings for 2 weeks or more. Special rates for winter long lets. A non refundable 20% deposit is required per booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
