Changeover day
Flexible, however during July and August guests may be requested to compromise on departure should there be a turnaround of guests on departure days to allow for preparation and cleaning. Free Airport Collection and Return Jul/Aug for two week stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker, washing machine and oven and hob with extractor. There is also an iron and ironing board. The lounge has a comfortable sofa (not bed setee) and two comfortable armchairs. There is Satellite 32in Widescreen TV and DVD player. There is a comfortable dining area with patio doors leading to a spacious terrace and small private BBQ area. The apartment has wireless internet connection by way of pay as you go. The Garden Apartment is ideal for small children whilst the penthouse apartment is ideal for sun worshippers (and bigger children). Both properties are overlooking the communual swimming pool and gardens.

Outside
Both apartment patios and terraces are equipped with tables, chairs and sunloungers. The communial swimming pool has numerous sun loungers and toilet facilities.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes walk and approximately 5 minutes by car. Calahonda has its own harbour, Puerto Cabopino where you may practise any kind of nautical sports and activities like sailing, wind surfing, parascending. The port also offers excellent restaurants and has a lovely beach to relax on.

Golf
For golf lovers, there is a 9 hole golf course on the Calahonda Complex. Golf La Siesta is approximately 2km from the Apartments. There is also 7 other golf courses, including the famous La Cala Golf resort located within a short distance from Calahonda by car.

Travel
Malaga Airport is approximately 30 minutes by car. Free Airport Collection and Return Service during July and August for two week stays or equivalent discount. Transport to and from the Airport can be arranged at a cost of 90 euros return trip or 50 euros single trip (free during July and August for two week stays).

Distances
Calahonda is approximately 15 minutes from Marbella by car. The historical village of Mijas is approximately 20 minutes by car from Calahonda.

Further details
Sitio de Calahonda is one the largest urbanisations on the Costa Del Sol. All you might need is encompassed at the heart of this thriving community, banks, large multinational supermarkets, shopping centres, health clinics, beach clubs, myriads of bars and restaurants with cuisine from every corner of the world.

Booking notes
Free Airport collection and return July/Aug for two week stays. A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid by cheque or Bank Transfer 6 weeks before departure or in Pounds Sterling or Euros on arrival. If payment is made in Euros this will be calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time. The completion of a booking form is required to confirm booking. Paypal also accepted. We do not accept single sex groups.
