Enjoy your holiday villa in Estepona’s atmospheric 'old town'. This original Andalucian villa is surrounded by beautiful open countryside, stunning Moorish palaces, dazzling White Villages and historic cities. Quiet and secluded, the villa has been stylishly renovated and is fully equipped to provide comfortable living including a large private sun-roof terrace offering an oasis of tranquillity for up to six guests. The large lounge has a comfortable sofa and double sofabed, Sky TV DVD and CD players. The lounge opens on to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room for six, a study-library, and small courtyard (smoking permitted) with a separate wc.

Changeover day
The usual changeover is Saturday, however others can be arranged by prior consultation. Departure by 10.30am Arrival after 4pm.

| Kitchen: | Large fitted kitchen with marble worktops, Smeg gas hob, rotisserie oven, full-size AEG fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster and all utensils complete with dining table & chairs for six with all tableware. Private sun terrace with separate kitchen. |
| Utility Room: | New washing machine, laundry facilities, outside clothes lines, foldaway dryer, electric iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge has Ikea sofa and double sofa bed, coffee tables, up lighters. For entertainment there is Sky TV, with ITV/BBC, DVD player, CD player and radio. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Villa is cleaned before each visit and fresh bedlinen, towels and tea towels included on a weekly basis together end of stay cleaning. Please bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The weekly price includes all utilities. All main rooms have ceiling fans to keep the house cool through the summer. The windows are double glazed for warmth and quiet and are covered by Mosquito screens on the outside for your protection. Most windows have Venetian blinds for shade and privacy. The large twin bedroom has double glazed French doors opening on to two small balconies. The house is non-smoking; please use the courtyard and the private roof terrace.
For your comfort both bedrooms have Halogen heaters and there are moveable room heaters in the lounge and study. For your use there is a travel cot, highchair and a selection of children’s toys available.
Accessibility
There is a step-up from the road into the house. It is then level throughout the ground floor; lounge with a sofa and the double sofa-bed, kitchen and study. There is a large sliding double glazed door into the small courtyard and entrance into the separate wc. To the first floor there is a flight of stairs with banisters and another flight to the private roof terrace.
Outside
The large and private sun terrace is quiet and secluded with views over the town, to the mountains and Los Reales natural park with views to Gibraltar Morocco and the Atlas Mountains. It is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, and alfresco dining. It has a separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen, gas BBQ and a shaded dining area covering a large patio table and chairs for 6 guests.
Coast/Beach
Estepona has excellent beaches less than a 4 minute walk from the house is La Rada (2007 Blue Flag award) with
Palm lined seafront promonade, children's playgrounds and exercise courts to the picturesque and lively marina.
Golf courses, tennis, squash, keep fit gyms and
miles of Mediterranean coastline.
Windsurfing, waterskiing, diving and fishing.
Beautiful cities steeped in culture and romance.
Free traditional annual events and folklore performances giving you a real taste od Spain.
Golf
Within Estepona's locality there are 14 golf courses including two championship courses within a 25 minute drive. A selection of well priced quality courses that are within easy reach of the accommodation are Miraflores – Alhaurín – Lauro – Parador & Mijas.
There are also some of the most well established and well known courses on the Costa del Sol that will test all abilities including: - Mijas - Rio Real - Santa Maria & La Cala.
However, probably the best golf courses in Europe today within easy reach of the townhouse. These would provide you with the ultimate golfing holiday! - Valderrama - Sotogrande - San Roque & Santa Clara.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is 1.5 / 2 hours away by car. It is one of the highest and the most southerly mountain ranges in Europe. It also provides a unique opportunity to ski and sunbath on the same day. There is skiing tuition for beginners. Situated in the same area are the famous city of Granada and the World Heritage site of the Alhambra Palace.

Glorious weather and so much to do:
Surrounding the villa are open spaces, natural areas and nature reserves. Los Reales Natural Park (30 mins by car) offers: hiking, bird watching and mountain cycling.
Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, (90 min) which was declared a Biosphere Reserve by the UNESCO and is one of the last European protected reserves.
Selwo Nature Park (15 mins) is a fascinating adventure in contact with nature. The park covers 100 hectares and is home to more than 2.000 animals from the five continents. The animals live in liberty recreating the animal's natural habitat. Visitors are taken on a four-hour tour, on foot and in four-wheel drive trucks.
The Straits of Gibraltar (90 mins) provide one of the best vantage points for whale and dolphin watching. The Straits are one of the great natural land bridges of the world and have a continual passage of whales and dolphins passing between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.

Travel
Estepona is one of the most westerly towns on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Malaga (70k) and Gibraltar (45k) International Airports offering excellent flight connections into the UK and with good car hire facilities.
There is also public transport available and frequent buses & coaches to other cities in Southern Spain.
Distances
A few miles inland offers stunning scenery, Los Reales nature park and the Pueblos Blanco’s or White Villages of Gaucin, Caseres and Jimena that cling to the hills and mountainsides.
One of the most spectacular views is at Ronda which sits on top of a massive rocky outcrop across which has the original 18th century bridge that still straddles the Tajo gorge.
Further afield are the historic centres of the Alhambra at Granada, the Great Mosques at Cordova and the Mezquita in Seville.
Further details
There are many good and not expensive fish restaurants and tapas bars in the lovely Plaza Arce and Plaza de las Flores. Estepona's covered market has a daily catches and good fruit and vegetable stalls. There is a weekly open air food market on a Wednesday in the Feria Ground and a local tourist market on a Sunday morning in the Marina. There are several banks, numerous grocers & bakers at the bottom of the road. Closeby there is a very good supemarket (Mercadona) which has both an excellent fresh fish and meat counter within walking distance from the house.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price is payable at the time of booking. A security deposit of 200 euro's will be required, to be paid along with the final balance, which is due 12 weeks prior to the departure date. It will be refunded following receipt of the keys and confirmation that no loss or damage was caused to the property or its contents.
