Los Almendros villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A superb villa with outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea and the Andalucian Mountains, the house is beautifully situated being only 10 minutes from the motorway and 15 minutes from the coast where there are lovely beaches, interesting and traditional shops, bars and restaurants all can be found in abundance. The village of Iznate is within walking distance and will accomodate all you need to immerse yourself in Spanish tradition, festivals and fiestas also boasting good restaurants, bars and shops. For the more energetic there are wonderful country walks from the front door the only life you will meet is the wildlife and maybe the herd of goats and the herdsman.

Outside
Surrounding the property is 7000sqm of land planted mainly with almond trees hence the name Los Almendros, a tiled swimming pool of 10m x 5m with built in steps a huge terrace of 15m x 20m, tiled with rustic terracotta tiles, sun beds, tables and chairs for 10 persons and a large (gas) barbecue. The covered terrace had built in barbecue and has loungers, table and chairs in bamboo.
Coast/Beach
The coast is only 15 minutes away. The beaches are long and clean with many resturantes, bars and cafes all reasonable priced.
Golf
There are two golf courses within 15 mins of the villa.
Travel
The airport is just 30 minutes away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Iznate is the nearest village (walking distance).
Torre Del Mar beaches 15 mins.
Nerja to the east 25 mins and Torremolinos to the west 30mins.
Further details
A variety of banks and shops can be found at Torre Del Mar and Velez Malaga. Horse riding there are several stables for all level of experience within 30 minutes. Water sports on the coast 15 mins. Rural walks straight from the front door you could walk for hours with only the birds for company.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is payable on placement of a confirmed booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to confirmed booking date of holiday. All payments to be paid in pounds sterling. A detailed map and information pack will be provided with confirmed bookings.
