The apartment is situated between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea on the northern end of the La Manga Strip. Our lovely ground-floor apartment is only a few years old. It overlooks 3 safe communal swimming pools. The apartment is clean, light and airy and the impressive patio can be reached directly from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen. Car parking is available.

Notes on prices
Prices negotiable for long-term lets etc.
There is a 20% non-refundable holding deposit payable on initial booking. Balance to be settled in full, two weeks prior to arrival date. In addition, there is also a refundable deposit of Euros 300 to cover breakages/damage etc., to be paid on receipt of keys.
PLEASE NOTE: Our prices include a Welcome Pack and also cleaning prior to your arrival for rentals of two weeks or over.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, however, we will endeavour to meet your needs. Departure time l0am. Late arrival times may incur extra charges. Negotiable.

| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge/diner is fully equipped with sofabed (double) and pull-out bed (single), dining table with four chairs etc. There is also Satellite TV, DVD Player, stereo system (radio/CD/tape), air conditioning and underfloor heating. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen, towels, tea-towels etc. included. No beach towels provided. Apartment will be fully cleaned prior to rental. For rentals of less than 2 weeks, cleaning charges (Eu.40) will be applied. Basic welcome pack also included with all rentals. |
Notes on accommodation
Apartment is situated on the ground floor with easy access (no stairs/steps). There is a huge patio overlooking the three swimming pools with surrounding gardens and tennis court. The apartment has under-floor heating throughout and the lounge and bedroom are air-conditioned. It is excellent for children as they can be observed from the patio whilst playing in the children's pool. Furthermore, the patio provides a safe and secure playing area with a lockable gate.

Accessibility
This Ground Floor Apartment has good wheelchair access as there are no stairs/steps. Access to apartment from the car park is via a ramp and there are wide corridors/doors.

Huge patio with lockable gate. Outdoor table and four chairs plus sun lounger and parasol.
Coast/Beach
The Mar Menor - also known as "the world's largest pool" is a five minute walk away from the apartment. Also five minutes in the opposite direction you will find the Mediterranean Sea, with its sandy beaches and waves.
Golf
La Manga Club, the famous golfing complex, is a 20 minute drive away. It has 3 x l8-hole golf courses. There are also other excellent golf courses within an hour's drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) which is approximately 40 minutes' drive from the apartment. Alicante Airport is approximately 90 minutes' drive away.
Car hire is not essential because once at the apartment there is plenty of public transport easily accessible. However in order to reach the apartment you would need to hire a taxi (pre-booking advisable) or go by ferry from San Javier to Puerto Tomas Maestre, alternatively, arrangements can be made to meet you (chargeable).
Distances
The historically beautiful towns of Cartagena and Murcia are less than an hour away and are well worth a visit. Cartagena boasts archaelogical treasures and interesting museums. The famous La Manga Club has excellent shopping facilities, health spas, sporting facilities as well as the famous Hyatt Casino. It is possible to learn to sail, skin dive and explore a sunken ship, calm aches and pains with soothing mud baths or simply go for a tranquil swim.
Further details
There is a huge choice of water sports in the area both for the professional and novice alike. Dates for the various local markets are to be found in the apartment. Supermarket, shops, banks, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance of the apartment. The Tomas Maestre Marina with its many restaurants and bars is a particular attraction.
