There are 3 Championship golf courses just a short drive away. There are several sandy beaches around, with the nearest, Cabo Roig, just a 10 minute stroll. There are two communal pools within the landscape grounds on this quiet and friendly community. The house has private front and rear patio areas. There is a balcony off the main bedroom and private roof terrace with distant sea views. Garden furniture is provided. Driving is not essential as shops, restaurants, banks and beach are all within easy walking distance.

Cabo Roig is a small community aprox 10km south of Torrevieja. It is located between two international Airports, Murcia (15 mins) and Alicante (45 mins). It's virtually a straight road from either airport.

There are bookable coach trips that pass through Cabo Roid, many different routes including Murcia and Cartagena.

Booking deposit - A £100 deposit per week is required to hold the booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Key deposit - A £100 damage/ lost keys deposit is also required, this is payable with balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. Refunded within 7 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the property.
