Overlooking orange groves and with stunning views this air conditioned bed and breakfast apartment is situated on Monte Pego midway between Alicante and Valencia. It is below the owner's villa and comprises a double or twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, lounge and a choice of 2 patio areas for relaxing and watching the sunset. There is also a boules/petanque court for you to enjoy. Breakfast is of the continental variety and is placed in your room so you can decide when to take it. We are only 5km from local beaches, 4km from the town of Pego and only 20 minutes drive from Denia.

Notes on prices
Prices are in Euros for 2 people sharing, per night and include continental breakfast. If the folding bed is required this will be charged at an additonal 15 euros per night.

Changeover day
Flexible, room available from 3pm on arrival date and vacate room before 11am on departure date.

Living Room - Lounge area with settee, table, 2 chairs, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities with patio doors leading onto a choice of 2 patio areas.
Other - Patio area complete with table, chairs and umbrella, offering extensive views across the orange groves and watch the sunset too!

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in bedroom, wall heater in bathroom. Wi fi broadband internet available for those with laptops. A folding bed can be provided which would be suitable for a child. Cot and high chair can be provided too. A safe is also installed in the property. Being set on a hillside there are steps to the accommodation. We would ask the clients do not smoke inside the property.

Outside
Two private patio areas are available, a patio set and two sunloungers are available for your use. We also have a boules/petanque court where you can play this interesting game.With views across the orange groves and spectacular sunsets this is an idyllic spot.

Coast/Beach
Close by you will find 15 kilometres of Blue Flag award winning beaches. 10 - 15 minutes drive by car gives you the choice of many beaches both quiet and lively.

Golf
Oliva Nova and La Sella golf courses are both within 20 minutes drive. You will need handicap certificates for both of these renowned courses.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are just over an hours drive away. For those touring we are 10 minutes drive from Junctions 61 and 62 of the A7 E15 motorway. There are good rail links to Valencia from Gandia some 20 minutes drive from us. Car hire or use of car is essential.

Distances
The small town of Pego is only 4km away. Denia is a 20 minute drive and Benidorm 50 minutes. Inland the beautiful Jalon Valley is only 20 minutes drive. Whilst the striking City of Valencia is a little more than an hour away by either car or train.

Further details
A car is essential to take advantage of local supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.

We are sorry but we do not take credit cards, payment is by cash on arrival. For bookings of a week or more then a 25% deposit is required.
