The apartment overlooks the communal pool, gardens and tennis court and there is an oblique sea view. There is ample parking facilities.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance from the shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Beach cafes and smart restaurants are at the waters edge. There is a supermarket, chemist and 2 banks all within walking distance.
Golf
The area is famous for its golf courses at La Manga club, kite surfing, wind surfing dinghy sailing, diving are all available in the locality. The area is flat and walking and cylcling are favourite sports for holiday makers.
Travel
40 minutes from San Javier Airport (Murcia). (Flybe, British Airways, Ryan Air, bmi baby, My Travelite). 80 minutes from Alicante Airport (all major airlines). Car hire is available from both airports.
Distances
La Manga Club is 30 minutes away by car and its facilities include golf, tennis and many restaurants. Cartegena (Roman City) is a busy historical city with many historical sites to visit, marina, shops and many fine restaurants.
Cabo de Palos is a small fishing village at the beginning of the La Manga strip with popular fish restaurants and a traditional Sunday market.

The Tomas Maestre Marina has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. A supermarket, 2 banks, a chemist, car hire is all within walking distance. All kinds of water sports are available - including diving, kite surfing and sailing.
Booking notes
To book the apartment telephone the owner. A security deposit of £100 is charged for breakages and damage. This will be returned two weeks after vacating the apartment. The full amount is payable 6 weeks before departure.
