Notes on prices
The tariff is again being generously discounted to £495 a week, in order to remain highly competitive. The current local tariff is around £650-£800 or more a week, so this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy all that this superb penthouse has to offer, at a greatly reduced rate.

Changeover day
Changeover day is preferably on Saturday. The apartment is available from 1.00pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate the apartment by 11.00am on your departure day, so that the maids can prepare the apartment for the next occupancy.

Bedroom 2 with 2 Spanish style beds, fitted wardrobes and own second terrace.
Bedroom 3 same but with own balcony.
Bathrooms: Master bedroom with en-suite luxury Roca bathroom suite, with shower over bath, bidet and wc.
Luxury Guest Roca shower room and wc.
Kitchen: Fully fitted luxury kitchen with granite worktops, Bosch appliances throughout, ceramic hob, grill/oven, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and breakfast bar.
Utility Room: Bosch washing machine and separate tumble dryer, sink.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with leather suite, coffee table, ornate mahogany dining room table and sideboard, bureau, satellite tv and hifi. plus DVD player/VCR player.
Other: The extensive main terrace is generously furnished with 2 bamboo patio suites. A garden table with 4 chairs, 2 white plastic fold up lounge chairs, and a manually operated sun awning.
Private, secure, underground parking with allocated parking space.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bath, beach towels and linen are supplied. The maids clean the apartment every Saturday at 11am.

 

Notes on accommodation
The terraces contain attractive, large, potted palms, hibiscus and bougainvillea plants, and window boxes containing lovely succulents. No more than 6 guests will be permitted at any time. This number includes children, but not babies. Hot or cold air conditioning is available for the comfort of guests.
Little children must be supervised when on the terraces, because the penthouse is in an elevated position.

Outside
There are 2 communal swimming pools, one of which is heated during the colder months. They are both set in delightful Andalucian gardens, edged with shade-giving palms, and are furnished with sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
The San Pedro beach is a mere 5 minutes drive away from the main exit. There, and all along the 110 Km. stretch of coastline, one will find excellent restaurants, and beach and water sports of every kind on offer. Sun loungers and shades are provided for a nominal cost. A visit to the beaches at Marbella, Puerto Banus and Nerja must be a priority!

Golf
Los Arqueros golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros in 1991. It is a challenging course which is enjoyed by players of every ability. The variation in its holes and the magnificent views of the sea and the mountains, will make one's visit an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere at the club is both friendly and welcoming to all visitors.

Travel
It takes around 40 minutes to drive to or from Malaga or Gibraltar airports. The new motorway is conveniently situated about a mile from Los Arqueros for those who favour Malaga Airport. It has also cut down on the travel time to Gibraltar Airport.
Car hire is recommended because there is so much to see and do in this part of Spain.

Distances
Nearby San Pedro, Puerto Banus, and Marbella have wonderful restaurants, bars, boutiques and designer shops. Benahavis is within easy reach and is famous as the gourmet centre for the region. Gibraltar is a must for those who wish to purchase duty free goods. Seville and Granada can be accessed by car within a few hours. There, one will find gaily-painted horse-drawn carriages for hire. A visit to the beautiful, historic town of Ronda would be a pleasurable experience.

Further details
The facilities at Los Arqueros are open to guests. There is a gym, squash courts, sauna, tennis courts, Pro shop, and an excellent restaurant and bar.
The huge hypermarket cum department store, El Corte Ingles, at Puerto Banus, is where we mostly buy our provisions. If you like seafood, or shellfish, and fresh fruit and vegetables, the varieties on offer are unparalleled! However, there are good supermarkets in the nearby town of San Pedro de Alcantara,also. In additon, the local BP garage sells delicious croissants and Danish pastries, and other provisions.
There are also a host of amenities in the area to keep children happily occupied, such as water sports, and aqua, adventure or safari parks. Details of these are to be found in the apartment.
There are two local weekend markets, selling typically Spanish goods, at reasonable prices. One is held on Saturdays, and takes place at Neuva Andalucia, near the bullring at Puerto Banus; the other is a Sunday market and is held at Estepona. On Thursdays there is a market near the BP garage on the outskirts of San Pedro. That is certainly worth a visit, also.

Booking notes
Should you wish to make a booking, we shall require a holding deposit of £100 per week, which is non-refundable. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to your arrival date. At this time, a deposit of £100 will also be required, which will be returned to you if no damage or breakage has occurred during your stay, and on the safe return of the apartment keys. I will post the keys to you by Special Delivery around 10 days before your departure date.

The roof terrace and the pools are just lovely and the views are spectacular, we really enjoyed everything about the place and had a really relaxing time.
