Bedrooms: Master bedroom has french doors leading onto main 28ft terrace overlooking five golf links. Bedroom 2 has two single beds leading onto smaller terrace overlooking pool and gardens, 1 sofa bed in the lounge.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom for master bedroom with bath/shower over, bidet and wc decorated in marble and natural wood.
Family bathroom to bedroom 2 with bath/shower over, bidet and wc decorated in marble and natural wood.
Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and breakfast table and chairs, looking onto terrace two where breakfast can be taken overlooking the landscaped gardens and pool.
Utility Room: Suitable for storage of golf clubs, beach chairs etc does include airing facilities.
Living Rooms: Airy and spacious lounge/dining room with marble floors tastefully decorated. Fully equipped with TV, satellite, DVD and CD player. The sofabed sleeps 2. Dining Table seats 6. French doors open onto 28ft terrace with further dining facilities seating 6.
Other: Terrace has dining and lounging facilities overlooking the golf course. The apartments are private with a few being offered to rent. The people are friendly and mainly speak English. During the summer the pool has an attendant (under spanish law).

We are on the 1st floor with no lift.

Outside
The apartments are situated in a private complex of only 64 with private parking and own security entrance. It has its own gardens which are meticulously maintained. The large pool is manned by a lifeguard in the summer months and is available from Easter until October. There is also a children's pool and small play area to the far end of the gardens. There is a shaded seating area. On the terrace as well as dining chairs there are sun loungers available. Beach Towels are now supplied as part of the package.

Coast/Beach
The 7km long Isla Canela beach is mins by car. This is an ideal haven for people who want to get away from it all but at the same time have all amenities accessible. The beach is tidal and on occasions you can walk out 1/2mile or more. Although there are beach amenities they are never crowded and there are many cafes and restaurants. There is also a Marina on Isla Canela as well as Ayamonte. Fishing is available deep sea as well as river.

Golf
The property is situated on the Isla Canela Golf Course. which is used for International matches. There are 4 more golf courses nearby within a 5km radius. We can offer reduced green fees through our management company for many of the course with tee times pre-arranged.

Special interest holidays
The area is called the Coast of Light and attracting many artists.

Travel
Faro airport is the nearest airport and is approximately 45 minutes journey. It can also be reached by flying to Seville approximately 1 1/4 hours. You will need to hire a car or arrange pickup transport.

Distances
Ayamonte is the nearest town and 5 mins by car. The small ferry from the town takes you over to Portugal which is 1km away. Isla Canela is a bird sanctuary and a protected area. Seville is approx 1 1/4 hours drive by car and is a must for shopping, shoes handbags especially it is also seeped in history and an ideal stop for sighteeing. There many areas to visit within a 20 min car drive.

Further details
The picturesque Ayamonte town has a population of 20,000 people with all the local shops you could wish for including banks supermarkets etc, tapas bars and restaurants. It has not been discovered by mass tourism yet and remains Spanish. On the beach you can wind surf, kite surf and play volleyball, as well as fishing. The town has its own bullring and football stadium. There are many activities in the surrounding area and the tourists information will be happy to help. FOR GOLFERS a further golf course has just been finished and we now have three good quality courses within 3 kms of the accommodation.

Booking notes
When confirming the dates required will need a 30% deposit with the balance 8 weeks before start date. Special offers on late deals or long lets are also available but are negotiated with owners.
