We are on the 1st floor with no lift.
Outside
The apartments are situated in a private complex of only 64 with private parking and own security entrance. It has its own gardens which are meticulously maintained. The large pool is manned by a lifeguard in the summer months and is available from Easter until October. There is also a children's pool and small play area to the far end of the gardens. There is a shaded seating area. On the terrace as well as dining chairs there are sun loungers available. Beach Towels are now supplied as part of the package.
Coast/Beach
The 7km long Isla Canela beach is mins by car. This is an ideal haven for people who want to get away from it all but at the same time have all amenities accessible. The beach is tidal and on occasions you can walk out 1/2mile or more. Although there are beach amenities they are never crowded and there are many cafes and restaurants. There is also a Marina on Isla Canela as well as Ayamonte. Fishing is available deep sea as well as river. The is kite surfing and windsurfing during the summer.
Golf
The property is situated on the Isla Canela Golf Course, which is used for International matches. There are 5 more golf courses nearby within a 5km radius. We can offer reduced green fees through Blue Sky Golf, golf hire etc.
Special interest holidays
The area is called the Coast of Light and attracts many artists and is also famous for its wetlands one of the most important in Europe. Golf with club rental opportunity.
Travel
Faro airport is the nearest airport and is approximately 45 minutes journey. It can also be reached by flying to Seville approximately 1 1/4 hours. You will need to hire a car or arrange pickup transport. Local Bicycle Hire is available and delivered to your door.
Distances
Ayamonte is the nearest town and 5 mins by car. The small ferry from the town takes you over to Portugal which is 1km away. Isla Canela is a bird sanctuary and a protected area. Seville is approx 1 1/4 hours drive by car and is a must for shopping, shoes handbags especially it is also seeped in history and an ideal stop for sighteeing. There many beauty spots to visit within a 20 min car drive.
Further details
The picturesque Ayamonte town has a population of 20,000 people with all the local shops you could wish for including banks supermarkets etc, tapas bars and restaurants. It has not been discovered by mass tourism yet and remains Spanish. On the beach you can wind surf, kite surf and play volleyball, as well as fishing. The town has its own bullring and football stadium. There are many activities in the surrounding area and the tourists information will be happy to help. For gofers there are a further 4 high standard golf courses within a 15 mins car journey.
Booking notes
When confirming the dates required will need a 30% deposit with the balance 8 weeks before start date. Special offers on late deals or long lets are also available but are negotiated with owners.

Both me and my husband take pride in our holiday home and we like our guests to share the same comforts as us. The apartment is decorated in a contemporary way with some personal finishes to make our clients feel at home from day one.

Perfect location for both a beach based holiday or a golf/leisure based activity holiday, whether you want to unwind and chill out with long walks on a fantastic unspoilt beach or brush up on your golf skills on any of the 6 golf course around. Lots of local walks and many other sporting activities available locally. The town is vibrant throughout the year as it is not purely a tourist destination. Plently of opportunities to taste authentic spanish food or with a short visit (15mins) to portugal to taste the Portuguese food. The Marina serves european fayre so all the family can be suited. In the mild winter months as well as golf there is a local (brand new) swimming pool and spa, walks and wildlife to explore.
