This villa is ideal for a family looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. The villa has a large swimming pool. The villa is furnished to a high standard equipped with TV/DVD and part (satellite).

Changeover day
The villa will be available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Changeover day is Saturday, we can be flexible for out of season dates.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbeds and en-suite bathroom. The third downstairs bedroom has two single beds and the forth downstairs bedroom has a large double bed they both share a bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: | There are three bathrooms in the villa, two of which are en-suites and one bathroom. The main en-suite has a large shower, wc and handbasin. The other en-suite has a shower, wc and handbasin. The bathroom has a bath/shower over, wc and handbasin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen if fully equipped with all appliances. Cooker, hob, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 2 living rooms in the villa. The main lounge has TV part (satellite), DVD, 2 sofas, music centre and a small table. There is a balcony off of the lounge. The second lounge is downstairs with a small sofa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included. If you require a change of linen after 7 days then an additional 50 euros would be required. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has heating for the colder months and a large swimming pool for the hotter months. The villa has a very homely feel and has several outside eating areas, for that al fresco dining.

Outside
The villa is set in 2 1/2 acres of olive and carab trees creating the wouderful rustic feel. The views from the villa overlook the sea and mountains. There are several terraces on the villa and a separate outside dining under a begoda that sits next to the swimming pool. At night you can sit back relax and capture the wounderful stars.
Coast/Beach
L'Ametlla has its own small beach which is a 10min drive from the villa. If you fancy a 20 mins drive then you will come to the magnificent beach of Playa Cristal, described as one of the cleanest beaches, it supports a blue flag and is surrounded by restaurants and bars for those peckish moments. There are also several coves along the coast which are also very nice to see.
Golf
The villa is a 25min drive to the PGA golf course `Bonmont´ this is for the more descerning golfer. A 30 mins drive to a par 3 pitch and put for those just looking for a bit of fun. All of which can be arranged before you arrive.
Special interest holidays
The villa is only a 30min drive from one of the best theme parks Universal Port Adventura. The villa is ideal for anyone keen to fish as it is only 15 mins from the magnificent river Ebro. Or if you fancy wine tasting in Falset, or making your own teracotta pot in Mirravet.
Travel
Ryan air are very reasonable and fly into Reus which is only 30min drive to the villa. Easyjet fly to Barcelona, also very reasonable which is 1 hour 40min to the villa. We strongly recommend you hire a car as the villa is set in the mountains and so you will need to get to the local town. Once in L'Ametlla there is a great train service that will take you to Salou, Barcelona and many more destinations. All trains are air conditioned, and very clean.
Distances
The nearest village is L'Ametlla de Mar which is 10min from the villa. 30 mins drive to Reus airport. 1 hour 40 mins drive to Barcelona. 30 mins drive to Salou and Universal Port Adventura.
Further details
There is a local english supermarket in the village of L'Ametlla for those of you that want to do a bit of traditional english cooking. L'Ametlla also boasts some of the finest seafood restaurants and Mediterranean cuisine.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for the reservation. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional £200 damage deposit would be required on arrival. This will be returned on inspection of the villa on departure day.
