The villa is located in a well established area called Las Tres Calas, which stands for the three coves. This is close to the beautiful and unspoilt fishing village of L'Ametlla De Mar. There you will find real catalan life in the heart of a typical catalonian village. The village has many bars and restaurants, surrounded by local shops and supermarkets. In the restaurants you can find some of the finest mediterranean foods and wines at the joy of local prices. The spectacular beaches are in abundance which are both private but accessible to all. If you are not one for the beach and do not want to drive when reaching the villa, then why not make use of your private garden and pool to soak up the sun. The villa itself is near a small commercial centre which is within walking distance.It has 3 bars, a restaurant and a small supermarket.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, but we can be flexible on out of season dates. The villa will be available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Two of the bedrooms have double beds and balconies, and the third bedroom has two single beds. A double sofa bed is available in the lounge. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath and wc, main bathroom with shower and wc. Downstairs cloakroom and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There is also access to the outside terrace. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room comprises of a large sofa, which can also be turned into a sofa bed if required. A dining table, Part TV(satellite)and DVD. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included. If you require a linen change after 7 days then an additional 50 euros is required. |

Outside
There is a built-in barbecue with preparation area. Outside garden furniture including two sun loungers. A private swimming pool surrounded by an established garden. A car port to shade the car. A large sun terrace above the car port which overlooks magnificent mountain views.
Coast/Beach
The villa is only 2km from the beautiful 3 coves of Tres Calas, even in the height of season you can always guarantee peace and tranquility. If you fancy a longer drive of 15 mins you will come to the blue flag beach of Playa Cristal, which supports a parade of bars and restaurants for when you get a little peckish.
Golf
There are two PGA Golf courses which are for the more discerning golfer, or a par 3 pitch and put for those who just want to have some fun. All rounds of golf can be pre- arranged.
Special interest holidays
The villa is a 20 min drive from the magnificent River Ebro, for those keen fishermen this is some of the best fishing in europe. For Cat fishing or Carping this is a fantasic day out whilst on your holiday.
Travel
You can pick up some great deals with Ryan Air which fly into our local airport of Reus. This is only 25 mins from the villa. Or Easyjet also reasonable but fly into Barcelona , this is 1 hour 30 mins from the villa. There are several scheduled flights that also fly into Reus and Barcelona. We recommend you hire a car as this will enable you to get the best out of your holiday. There is a local train that runs to the nearby town of L'Ametlla De Mar which stops at Salou near Reus and Barcelona.
Distances
2km from 3 coves and beaches, 3km from L'Ametlla De Mar, 25 min drive from Salou and Universal theme park Port Adventura and Costa Caribe water park, 1 hr 30 mins from the fantastic city of Barcelona.
Further details
A car would be recommended to enable you to visit some of the attractions in catalonia, including the Universal Theme park Port Adventura and Costa Caribe water park.
There are local markets on everyday. You can even try making your own terracotta pot in the beautiful village of Miravett, or maybe you fancy wine tasting in Falset. These are just some of the sites to see in this wounderful unspoilt area of Catalonia.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. Full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional £200 damage deposit would be required on arrival. This will be returned on inspection of the villa on day of departure.
