The villa is set in an idyllic and peaceful area near to Chiclana de la Frontera. Located only a short distance by car to all the local amenities, the villa is perfectly placed for using as a base to see the sights as it is only five minutes drive to the main motorway up and down the coast plus you are only a short journey to the beach.

A security deposit is required of £150 and will be returned once it is confirmed there are no breakages. (Please note that deposits will be handled prior to arrival and after returning, not locally).

Outside
The garden has a patio area with table and 6 chairs with a freestanding barbeque and the rest is laid to lawn. Down the side of the house there is parking facility for 2 vehicles.
Coast/Beach
Most beaches along the Atlantic coast are just breathtaking. The golden sandy beaches stretch as far as the eye can see. The main beach of La Barossa is only 10 minutes drive from the villa and has places to eat at lunchtime to get out of the midday sun. It is ideally suited to families. Other beaches in the area are Novo Sancti Petri (15 mins), Roche (15 mins), Conil (20 mins).
Golf
There are two 18 hole golf courses and a 9 hole course all within about 10-20 minutes drive. The course in Novo Sancti Petri was designed be Sevi Ballesteros.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada - about 3 hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
I am no painter but the white hill top towns of Vejer de la Frontera, Arcos de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Zahara de la Sierra, Bornos & Alcala de los Gazules I imagine would make great subjects.
The villa is also located to a beautiful Pine Forest so fantastic for walkers and birdwatchers alike.
Travel
Jerez airport 45 mins drive. Served by Ryanair, Iberia, Thomas Cook Airlines. Seville Airport - 1h 30 mins drive. Served by Ryanair, Iberia, Vueling Airlines. Gibraltar airport 1.15 hour drive. Served by Monarch, BA & easyJet. Malaga airport 2h 30 mins drive. Served by easyJet, Iberia, Monarch, Flybe plus numerous Charter flights. Car Hire. This can be arranged from any of the above airports, please let me know how many people travelling and I can get some prices for you.
Distances
Chiclana de la Frontera - 10 mins drive (Local town)
Cadiz is 20 mins drive and full of history as well as great shopping. Jerez de la Frontera is 40 mins & Seville is 1h 30 mins. You can also catch the train into Seville from San Fernando which is a 15 min drive away from the villa. Tarifa is 45 mins drive for those wanting to visit Morocco (Tangiers - the crossing takes from about 35 minutes).
Donana National Park is 1 hr away.
Further details
Plenty of restaurants in Chiclana, La Barossa & Novo Sancti Petri as well as Cadiz and Vejer de la Frontera.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking of GBP100.00 with the full balance required six weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings made within six weeks the full amount is payable and non-refundable.
