Beautiful mountainside development with stunning views of the Bay of Roses. The villa has lovely bedrooms with air conditioning, modern kitchen, pool with private garden - equipped with BBQ. There is satellite TV with UK channels, together with a video and Hi-Fi to make your stay a home from home. There are some excellent restaurants close by in Palau-Saverdera, also shops for basic needs. The beaches, local shops and facilities (go-carting, sky diving, water park etc) are only 10-15 mins drive away. You can visit Dali’s famous museum, Peralada Golf Course, France, Cadaques, 2 very large Natural Parks and many more attractions within a 30 mins drive. If you want you can go to the Pyrenees for winter skiing in France, Andorra – what more is there to say, other than... fabulous. Finish your day with a glass on wonderful Spanish wine watching the sun go down.

Please note that during the months of July and Augsut rentals are based on a Saturday to Saturday ONLY! Outside of the period the days can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1- double bed Bedroom 2 – twin beds Bedroom 3 bunk beds and bed settee. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have full air conditioning and bedroom 3 has a large ceiling fan, which you will really appreciate for a cool afternoon siesta and a good night's sleep. |

| Kitchen: | Electric cooker, gas hob with extractor hood, double sink with waste disposal, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. |

The villa is new and is cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning will be done by arrangement, especially for lets over 2 weeks. An excellent local towel and linen service is provided at a small extra cost. |

Outside
The swimming pool is private and only for the persons who are renting the villa. The size of the pool is 8 metres by 4 metres and there is outside furniture.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are 10 minutes drive from the villa. The town of Roses is about 5 minutes away. Also nearby is the village of Palau where they are some nice restaurants.
Golf
Peralada Golf Club, 10 mins drive, is a first class golf course of 18 holes and 5.990 metres, in addition to 9 Pitch and Putt holes, putting green and driving range. The course is indicated for any level of player and is open all year round.
Surrounding the golf course is a prestigious residential development where nature and magnificent views of the Pyrenees mountains, countryside and coastline combine to provide a stunning setting. The development is situated adjacent to Peralada, one of the most well known villages in the entire province of Girona, renowned for its medieval history and emphasis on culture as well as its wine cellars, casino set in the castle that is also host to international classical music festivals each summer, and other attractions in the surrounding areas. It is located just 7 km from the county town of Figueres (home to the Dali museum), and 12 mins. drive to the beaches of Empuriabrava or Llança.
Skiing
The nearest sking resort is Capradon which is a one hour's drive away of Andorra in France whic takes about three and a half hours drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Girona which is 50 minutes way or Barcelona which takes about 2 hours. Also, one hour away is Perpignan airport in France.
Distances
The nearest large town is Figueres which takes 15 mins drive and you have the world famous Salvatore Dali museum. Empuribrava is 10 mins drive away where you have all the water sports, sky diving, restaurants and night life.
Further details
There are some local shops in the village of Palau or 6 mins drive away you have a choice of supermarkets.
