Mojacar beachfront has a good variety of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance of the apartment or a short drive.
Bordering the Calo Nejar Natural Park with it fabulous scenery, the Coves and Harbours on long this coastline have some great bars and restaurants. 10-minute drive away from 3 good Golf Courses, the village of Garracha is a 10min drive along the coast.

Both apartments have air-conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter months. The apartments are above their own private garages and access is by a small flight of stairs.
Outside
The apartments large terrace overlooks the beautiful sea views of the Mediterranean. There are sun loungers and garden table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 300m and a 4 mins walk from the apartment, nearby you can find tennis, horse riding and an aqua-park and miles of sandy beaches.
Golf
The year round warm temperatures attract many golfers, making this an ideal location. The cost of golfing is typically lower than in the UK. This allows you to get on the courses and stay there for as long as you like without worrying about the cost. The bars restaurants and health clubs are a very high standard. Desert Springs Par 72/6179m-This 18-hole golf course, on the plateau above the Almanzora river valley. The first desert golf course in Europe and is built to full USGA standards, designed by Peter McEvoy. Marina Golf Mojacar Par 72/5464m-This 18hole golf course is situated in Mojacar playa. The course opened in 2000 and is designed by Ramon Espinosa. Valle Del Este Par 71/5391m-This course is 18 holes; it opened in 2002, near to the towns of Mojacar and Vera. It is designed by Jose Canales. Cortijo Grande Par 72.-In the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera Mountains, near to the towns of Turre and Mojacar. This is a 9-hole golf course with another 9 holes planned.
Skiing
2 Hours to the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Skiing is available through to Easter, so you can ski in the morning a sun bathe on the beach in the afternoon.
Travel
The nearest airport is Almeria - 40 minutes
Murcia or Alicante approx 1.5/2hours
Cars can be hired at the airport.
Distances
There are several villages close by, the best bread is found in Garrucha - 10mins, Mojacar old town is 10mins by car and is a must for a visit. The Mini Hollywood theme park is about an hour inland and you can find some great areas popular with hikers and bikers in this region.
Further details
There are many shops and supermarkets in Mojacar and you can even buy English products. Further afield, in Vera, you can 'Shop til you Drop'. The variety of goods on offer is truly varied and suits all tastes and pockets.
