Set in 1000sqm of natural forested hillside, Casa Clara is the older part of the property. Casa Vernisa is a new underbuild. The 2 apartments share a magnificent 11 x 5 metre pool.

Lloc Nou has bars with dining facilities, grocers, butcher, hairdressers, chemist and a bank.
There are a lot of good restaurants in the locality.
Gandia is the nearest big town 10kms drive.
the local hospital is in ADOR 6 kms drive.
The doctor is in Lloc Nou town hall Mon/Fri mornings.
Booking notes
25% is due to secure the booking, with the balance and £100 damage deposit due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If the holiday is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount + the damage deposit is due immediately.

Dear Claire, We had a fantastic time. It was so relaxing. The villa was lovely, clean, well equipped and Sylvia made us so welcome. We even had a bottle of wine and some supplies on arrival.
