Changeover day
Checkout time is 11:30pm. There is a pick-up process to get to the house. There are 3 arrival times to choose from that can be found on my site below.

Apartment 2, El Pauji (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

This the largest and most popular apartment in the house. Being on the second floor it is directly below the rooftop terrace that has views of the Alhambra. A fully equipped kitchen and connected dining area. Master bedroom with a King size bed and skylight. A second room that can either be another bedroom or a living room with a transformable King size sofabed.

Apartment 3, Chaouen (1 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

Decorated with a Moorish touch, this apartment has one bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with a futon/sofa bed that can also fit two. A very comfortable space with a special feel. Stays naturally cool during the hot summer due to the traditional Arabic arquitecture of the house. Equipped with special energy saving radiators to keep it nice and cozy in the winter.

Apartment 4, Huautla (1 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

Another of the downstairs apartments that faces the interior patio. Decorated with a Mexican feel in honor of the town it is named after. Perfect for couples. It has one bedroom with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with a sofabed that can fit another two people. Stays naturally cool in the hot summer due to the traditional Moorish arquitecture of the house. Equipped with special energy saving radiators to keep it nice and cozy in the winter.

Apartment 5 / La Esperanza (1 Bedrooms, Sleeps 2)

The most unique space in the house, and the most affordable apartment in the Albayzin. With wood beam ceiling and traditional brick pillars and walls, it is a studio style space with the kitchen and the living room together and the bedroom separate but a continuation of the room. The inconveniences are that the private bathroom is right outside of the apartment and that the bedroom has no window. A great place to get a very peaceful sleep. The window in the main room gives out to a really nice outdoor plaza. This space also stays very cool in the summer due to the traditional Moorish arquitecture. It has an energy saving radiator to keep it warm and cozy in the winter.

Notes on accommodation
All the apartments have heating, private bathrooms, CD/cassette radios, and fully equipped kitchens except microwaves. Being a neighborhood house, that is my residence as well, I ask that people coming to stay here respect the quiet of the area and the neighbours.

Outside
Rooftop terrace with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the great views of the Alhambra and the peace of the neighbourhood.

Coast/Beach
Drive to the nearest coast is an hour and a half to two hours.

Special interest holidays
During the summer we offer outdoor movies on the terrace projected on the wall of the adjacent house with the backdrop of the Moorish Palace the Alhambra.

Travel
Granada airport 30 minutes away, Malaga airport 1 1/2 hours.

Distances
Tucked away within the Albayzin, you are right downtown with the option of wandering around the neighborhood and staying up in the village or heading downtown to the more modern Granada city center.
It is like being in a small rural village but only 3 minutes walking away from the more bustling city streets below.

Further details
Everything is very close, restaurants, bars, banks, shops, but everything is walking because there is no car traffic around the entire neighborhood.

Booking notes
Either through bank transfer or credit card. Cards are for cancellation purposes only. For bank transfers 30% of total stay is required to hold reservation and the rest to be paid on arrival in cash. Cancellation must be done 7 days in advance or the reservation fee is withheld.
