Notes on accommodation
We live on the premises on a full time basis and are available if you need any assistance during your stay, but apart from the daily maintenance of the pool and sun terraces your peace and privacy will be our priority. All windows have mosquito blinds. Free standing fans are available for a weekly charge.

Outside
Large covered veranda with comfy chairs and dining table and chairs. Steps lead down to the extensive and private south facing terraces surrounding the swimming pool which measures 7m x 4m. Surrounding gardens. BBQ and paello. We would point out to parents of small or non swimming children that the pool is not fenced off and we would ask you to consider the suitability of this before booking.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful coastal resorts of Valencia can be accessed in less than an hour.
Golf
The area is rich with excellent golf courses which include El Saler (voted the 2nd best course in Europe by Golf World), Campo de Bosque, Manises Golf Club and Escorpion at Betera.
Travel
Valencia Airport is less than an hour away. Car hire is essential. Several budget airlines now fly to Valencia offering incredibly low fares. Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Jet2 and Ryan Air are among these.
Distances
Catadau 2km. Many typically Spanish towns and villages to explore in the immediate area. Valencia City 30km. Cheste motor racing circuit 40 minutes away.
Further details
In Catadau you will find local shops, bars, restaurants as well as a large supermarket, post office and medical centre. There is a weekly market.
