This superb one bedroom apartment is situated in the pretty Andalucian village type complex of Puebla Aida. With its pretty cobbled walkways, fountained courtyards, beautiful maintained gardens and a choice of 4 swimming pools, Puebla Aida is within the grounds of Mijas Golf, 20 mins from Malaga Airport, 10 mins from Fuengirola and 25 mins from the Cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus. The accommodation comprises of – One double bedroom which has a ceiling fan and air conditioning/heating, fitted wardrobes and views towards the mountains. The shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, Iron and ironing board. The lounge/dining area has a sofa bed, ceiling fan, Sky TV, DVD Player, CD Player and radio, dining table and chairs and French doors leading out onto the large terrace which has patio table and chairs, sun loungers and views towards the golf course.

Changeover day
We operate a flexible changeover system and ask that guests on the day of departure make the apartment available by 10.00am and for those arriving please be prepared for the possibility of cleaners working until 3.00pm (Unless by prior arrangement)

Linen and towels are provided (Beach towels not included). Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis and on a 2 week holiday the apartment will be cleaned after the first week. |

Accessibility
From the car parking facilities there is a ramp access to the apartment which has French doors that fully open.
Outside
The apartment has a large west facing terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ, and views towards the hills which offer stunning sunsets.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is within a 10 minute car drive of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas, both of which offer beautiful beaches with bars, cafes and restaurants.
Golf
The apartment is situated on 2 internationally acclaimed golf courses with many more within a short distance.
Travel
The nearest international Airport is Malaga which is approx a 25 minute drive. Directions from the airport to the apartment can be supplied. We recommend car hire to enjoy the full benefits of the area. This can also be booked on your behalf by ourselves.
Distances
The picuresque White Village of Mijas is approx a 15 minute drive. Fuengirola with its numerous shops bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes by car. The cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are approx 25 minutes drive. Within a 10 minute radius there is a Water Park, Go Karting, Horse Riding and Tennis.

Our manager lives close to Puebla Aida so are on hand if you have any problems or need any information to make your stay enjoyable.
Booking notes
A 20% non-returnable deposit on booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booked within the 10 weeks of arrival, full payment is required.
