Casa Paradiso is a luxurious townhouse which is privately owned. It has been refurbished throughout and has three/four bedrooms. Set in beautiful established tropical gardens it overlooks the swimming pool, front line to Los Naranjos golf course and has amazing views to La Concha mountain. It is 10 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Los Brisas, Aloha and La Quinta golf courses are 5 minutes away.

Notes on prices
Prices are weekly in euros and based on Saturday changeover.
Short vacations and other booking options are available on request. Please make contact for last minute discounts.
Changeover day
Normally Saturday but would consider other dates. Access is after 4.00pm on arrival and vacation is 12 noon on departure. Cost of electricity consumed will be deducted from the deposit.

| Bathrooms: | Luxurious master and famly bathroom with whirlpool baths and separate large shower cubicles. Third bathroom with shower, toilet & handbasin. |
| Kitchen: | Wonderful new fully equipped kitchen completely refurbished to a high standard, with marble worksurfaces and colour wash pine fitted units. Have coffee and look out to the stunning views of La Concha. |
| Living Rooms: | The entrance hall takes you through arches to a spacious living area and dining room, full of character with a rustic feel to it. Superbly furnished with TV and DVD. Double doors lead you on to the patio, tropical gardens and swimming pool (5m away). |
| Other: | The Roof Terrace is the 'piece de resitance' with its panoramic views to La Concha mountain, golf course and lake. Built in BBQ, fridge and facilities, tastefully furnished with table and chairs and sun lounger. The terrace is partly covered giving shade. |

Bath and hand towels and bed linen are provided at the beginning of the holiday. |

Outside
The entrance to the property is through a gated security and entry is by a secure phone system. Covered car parking area, close to the front door.
Coast/Beach
Puerto Banus has two wonderful beaches, the one of the right of the Marina being the quieter. Fabulous restaurants and beach bars. A must. A quieter beach is Playa de Nueva Andalucia. San Pedro has a superb lengthy beach and a walk along the promenade to one of the bars or restaurants has to be done. These are some of the best beaches in the Costa del Sol.
Golf
Los Naranjos, Los Brisas, La Quinta and Aloha Golf courses are five minutes away. Situated in the Golf Valley there are many more golf courses close by.
We can also book golf Tee times for you and can arrange accommodation for large groups.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountains are a approx 2.5 hours drive away and have snow until May.
Special interest holidays
Apart from the many golf courses, there are numerous sporting facilities/clubs locally. These include, tennis/paddle tennis, equestrian, kite surfing, hang and paragliding, sailing, scuba diving, yacht charters, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, karting, mountain biking, cable skiing and several local fitness clubs and gymnasiums. Travel
Los Naranjos is approximately 45 minutes from Malaga airport.
From the motorway or the N340 take the exit 50 metres past the Casino Andalusia Plaza Hotel (past the turning for Puerto Banus) and follow the signs for La Quinta and Los Naranjos. Further details will be provided at time of booking.
Distances
The famous Puerto Banus and its yacht harbour, with designer shops, restaurants and bars just ten minutes away. Sit in the square at Old Marbella and enjoy delicious food in Spanish style.
La Campana with its selection of excellent restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets is a few minutes drive.

Los Naranjos is in the heart of the golf valley in Marbella. Some of the best beaches, turquoise seas, restaurants and golf courses in Europe. Ideal for families, golfers or groups and those looking for a break in the sun, to enjoy this fantastic area in Spain. Its a must!

Booking notes
A non returnable deposit of 30% is required on booking. Full balance paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking within six weeks of departure, the full payment is required when the booking is made. Your villa is prepared/cleaned at the start of your holiday. Once you have made your reservation, a booking form with terms and conditiions will be forwarded to you, which you are required to sign and return to us accepting these conditions. We will then confirm your booking.
