Notes on prices
Fantastic discounts for long winter lets.
A non refundable booking deposit of 25% of full rental fee is required to secure booking. A cheque for £100 will be required prior to your stay as a security deposit, this will be returned within 14 days of you returning home providing there is no damage or breakages to the property. Special offer - discounts of 15% for stays of 30 days or more. (exc. July/Aug/Christmas/New Year).

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have:- 2 twin beds that can be made into doubles if required, built in wardrobes, patio doors leading onto huge terrace + airconditioning/heating. Master bedroom has large ensuite, 2nd bedroom has bathroom opposite. Double sofabed in lounge.
Bathrooms: Large ensuite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, shower, wc and bidet.
Bathroom 2 with walk in shower, sink and wc.
Kitchen: Newly fitted modern kitchen, built in electric cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. All cooking utensils, dinner service, cutlery for your stay.
Utility Room: An iron, ironing board and airer are also available.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with one 3 seater sofa (which can be converted into a double sofa bed) and one 2 seater sofa. Dining table with 6 chairs; bookcase and cabinet. Satellite TV with all UK channels, DVD and CD player, large collection of books, CDs and DVDs.
Other: Huge 100 square metre terrace surrounding three quarters of the property, accessible from all main rooms. Perfect for all day sun and sea breezes.
Cleaning/towels/

Towels and linen are included however you will need to provide your own beach/pool towels. All hours assistance available from the local managing agent who lives on site.

 

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for families, couples and golfers. Not suitable for those seeking the Club 18-30 experience due to the peaceful location. Car hire is recommended. On site keyholder/Manager. Outdoor smoking only please.
The apartment has cold/hot air conditioning to all main rooms. Secure complex with electric gates, own parking space with lift up to apartment. 5 minute drive to the beach.

Accessibility
Step free access from the car park to the apartment via the lift. No steps to the swimming pool area. Apartment is all on one level. Please call with your requirements and we will advise on suitability. If you are in Spain and wish to view the apartment prior to your stay, this can be arranged.

Outside
The complex has a shared swimming pool situtated in lovely gardens overlooking Miraflores golf course. Electric radar key controlled security gates, with secure allocated parking space underground (shaded).

Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to the Riviera coast. There are also lovely beaches at Cabopino, Cala de Mijas, Calahonda and Fuengirola, all only 10-15 minutes drive away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away.

Golf
Directly overlooking the Miraflores golf course within 20 minutes of over 30 golf courses.
The apartment is situated front line to Miraflores golf course, an 18 hole par 72 course designed by Falco Nardi in 1990 over 5000 metres long. The course is located in the hills of Mijas Costa, offering fantastic views. Greens and fairways are excellent and well maintained. Golf buggies are recommended but not essential. As well as having a friendly club house, bar and restaurant there is a golf academy plus 32 floodlit driving ranges. Tee times can be booked at the reception of Miraflores. All equipment can be hired on site. Miraflores has the only covered and illuminated putting green and bunkers.
The entire Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise and the unique sunny and warm climate make the area absolutely ideal for lovers of this sport. When Valderrama was chosen to host the Ryder Cup, the Costa Del Sol received world-wide recognition as being 'the best winter golf resort in Europe'.

Skiing
2.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski area.

Travel
The penthouse is only 25 minute drive from Malaga airport by toll road (around 3-4 euros). Car hire is highly recommended, a good company can be recommended.

Distances
The resort of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a 20 minute drive. 25 minutes to Mijas Pueblo; 1 hour from Rhonda; 1 hour from Nerja; 2 hours from Granada and Seville; 1 hour from Gibraltar. Fuengirola, Mijas Pueblo, Torremolinos and the beautiful marina at Benalmadena are all within a short drive.

Further details
The penthouse is ideally situated close to a selection of great beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, with a brand new shopping centre only 10 minutes away. You will find lovely white washed villages inland, mountains, golf courses, childrens theme parks and markets. Plus for the day trippers you could visit stunning Rhonda, Gibraltar, Nerja, Granada, Cordoba, Seville or for the sporty there is skiing at Sol y Nieve.
