Coast/Beach
Calpe with its superb beaches is closest (15 min drive away). Coastal areas of Javea, Denia and Moraira can also be easily reached (around 20-25 minutes) and all have superb sand beaches or stunning rocky coves ideal for diving and snorkeling. Denia has some 20km of magnificent beaches backed by sand dunes.

Golf
La Sella (Denia) is an excellent 18 hole course complete with newly opened 5* Marriott Spa Hotel is closest (15 minutes drive). Other excellent courses can be found at Club Oliva - 18 hole championship course designed by Severiano Ballesteros 25 minutes drive, Altea 20 minutes, Javea 20 minutes, Moraira and Alicante.

Walking distance to Alcalali (10 mins). Jalon 2 mins by car. Coastal resorts of Denia, Moraira, Javea, Calpe, Altea, 15-30 mins by car. Guadalest (1hr drive) built 590m up by the Moors in 1200AD. Benidorm with its many attractions such as Terra Mitica and Aqualandia, plus excellent night life (35 mins by car).
Ideal area for also for walking, mountain biking, horse riding. Excellent local markets.

The choice of restaurants in the Jalon is exceptional, with excellent quality and value for money, and range from excellent traditional Spanish cuisine to superb traditional English Sunday roast!
The climate here is superb. On average, this region has 325 sunny days a year with the best all year round temperatures in Spain, warm sunny spring and autumn seasons, mild winters and hot summmers cooled by the gentle mountain breezes.

Booking notes
25% deposit required to secure booking. The balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £150-200 returnable security deposit is required at the time of the balance payment to cover damages/breakages or excessive cleaning if the villa is not left in a reasonable condition.
