The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small well-maintained complex of just 16 units - none of which are rented to Travel Companies. The facade of the building is in the Spanish Colonial style and is one of the most distinctive in Nerja. Three steps from the apartment balcony leads directly to the shared railed in garden while the communal pool is just 20 feet away, making this an ideal apartment for kids.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but we are flexible during Nov/Dec and Jan/Feb. Discount for long lets during the winter months. Arrival not before 2.30 and departure at midday.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and also a fitted wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with fully tiled walk in shower, wash hand basin, wc, and vanity units.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with full size Electric Oven and Ceramic Hob, Extractor, Fridge with Ice Box, Microwave, Toaster and Electric Kettle. Iron and Board, Hairdryer, Washing Machine.
Living Rooms: Combined Lounge and dining area with two comfy sofas and TV unit with BBC and ITV. Also a video and DVD player with a selection of children's videos. Dining table with four chairs.
Other: The balcony has a small table and two chairs. Perfect for morning coffee and a book. There are sunbeds available on the roof for clients together with an outside shower to help cool you down on the very hot days.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property will be clean when you arrive with fresh bedlinen on the beds and towels in the bathroom. Additional Bedlinen and towels are set out out for guests staying 2 weeks or more. A cleaning service can be arranged for a fee to be paid locally.

 

Notes on accommodation
There is access to the shared garden and offers plenty of opportunity for running and playing ball for the kids. The garden in railed in and secure from the road.

Outside
The pool is shared and has lovely views of the nearby Burrianna Beach. The pool is fully tiled and maintained to a very high standard.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approximately 2 to 3 minutes from the apartment. The largest beach, Burrianna is only a 4 to 5 minute walk.

Golf
The Anoreta and Baviara Golf Courses are only an 20 minute drive on the motorway.

Skiing
Plenty of opportunity to ski in the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains which are only a 90 minute drive. The proximity of the mountains allows you to spend the morning on the slopes and the afternoon on the beach during the winter months.

Travel
Malaga Airport is the nearest airport, approximately 60km or a 45 minute drive. Almeria Airport and Granada are also within driving distance.

Distances
Worth a Visit: Frigiliana, about 5 miles away, nestling in the mountains an orginal Roman mountain village. Also the fishing village of Maro is only a few miles from Nerja. The Nerja Caves are approximately 5 miles outside Nerja and are the second most visited site in the whole of Spain, well worth a visit.

Further details
The shopping streets of Pintada and Ferrandez are less than 5 minutes away. Plenty of local restaurants and pubs to choose from within minutes of the apartment. The local shop has everything you could need and the shopkeeper speaks English and German.

Booking notes
A booking form will be sent on request by e-mail. A deposit of 100 euro is required and full payment by direct debit six weeks before arrival date. Deposit returned by post.
