Ten minutes from Murcia San Javier airport, San Javier is a typical Spanish town which is renowned for its music and dance festivals. The house is situated on a small private development of 39 houses, and is within the gated area of the community providing a secure, safe environment. The house overlooks the pool and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private roof top solarium. It is fully air conditioned (hot and cold) and can sleep 4-6 persons utilising the sofa beds in the lounge area. Satellite TV, and CD/DVD players are provided. The town is within 5 minutes walking distance as is the local driving range but a car is useful to explore the area fully. 3 golf courses are available within 30 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation
There are security grills and secured external blinds. The house is air conditioned both heating and cooling which facilitates all year use.
The house is a non smoking environment.
We reserve the right to refuse any all male/female bookings. Cots and high chairs can be provided
Outside
There is a shared pool with sunbathing decks and showers, with a toddlers area to one end.
The house has a large patio to the front opening to the pool area. This is furnished with a table and chairs and sun loungers. There is a private balcony from the master bedroom with table and chairs overlooking the pool, and a roof top solarium again equipped with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are within 2 kms from the house on the Mar Menor, the nearest is Santiago de la Ribera, which has palm lined walkways, beach side cafes and restaurants and a yatch club.
The beaches are sandy and safe and several have blue flag accreditation.
Golf
There are several championship golf courses within easy driving distance, including La Manga, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Torre Pacheco, Roda.
There is also a driving range within walking distance from the house.
Travel
Murcia, San Javier airport is less than 10 minutes away by car but the house is not on the flight path, you may however get a flying display from the Spanish 'Red Arrows' who are stationed at San Javier! The airport is served by British Airways along with most budget airlines. Alicante is also within 1 hr drive offering alternative flights. A car is recommended but we can arrange local airport pickups which are paid locally.
Distances
The house is situated within San Javier which is a typical Spanish town with its town square, market and bars and supermarkets which are all within 5 minutes walk from the house. Santiago de la Ribera is the nearest coastal area which can be walked within 20 minutes (its very flat!) or within 5 minutes drive. La Manga, Villamartin and Torrevieja are within 30 minutes drive for those seeking a livlier area. Historic Murcia and Cartegena are within 1 hr drive.
Further details
There is a new shopping complex just outside San Javier called 'Dos Mares' which has a large supermarket, cinema (Spanish only at present), bowling alley, fast food outlets including Burger King, Hagen Daas ice-cream and restaurants and bars.
San Javier itself has banks, shops, supermarkets and market.
