The villa is the perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It has two double bedrooms and a twin room. In addition there is a large living room, dining room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen-breakfast room. Features include: air conditioning, log fires (for those coming in winter). 7m x 4m (21ft x 12ft) swimming pool. The stunning views from the front garden across to the national park are guaranteed to take your breath away. The house is located in a very quiet area although for those needing a more lively atmosphere the regional capital Valencia is just 40 mins away by car. Nearer are the local towns of Macastre (10 mins) and Buñol (15 mins) famous for the Tomatina, the tomato throwing festival which takes place in August. Requena and Utiel historic towns and wine areas are well worth a visit, and the wine tours are a must. The Albufera rice growning area to the south of Valencia has a number of fine beaches and pretty towns and villages.

Outside
The property has a private 7m x 4m (21ft x 12ft) swimming pool, patio with sunbeds, table and chairs. A sun terrace with a further table and chairs. Large lawned areas with established flower-beds, palms, citrus & almond trees. A barbecue is also provided.
Coast/Beach
The coastal city of Valencia is approx 45 km from the villa. Valencia has the long sandy beaches of Malvarosa offering restaurants, bars, etc. Valencia is the regional capital and the third largest city in Spain and has a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants and a thriving nightlife. Valencia is also home to the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences which includes the Oceanografic, the largest aquarium in Europe.
Golf
El Bosque golf club is approx 30 kilometres from the villa. It has an 18-hole championship course, academy and illuminated driving range. It has been voted No. 5 in Spain. It also has two restaurants, two outdoor pools and outdoor spa pool.
Travel
Valencia Airport is 40km from the villa. Buses run to Macastre and Buñol from Valencia and take between 1hr 15mins and 1hr 30mins. Buñol is also on the local train line and trains run every hour to Valencia and take about 50 mins. Due to the rural location of the villa, it is essential that you hire a car.

Explore the local area, which apart from having dramatic natural geography boasts a number of historically important small towns and villages. You can sample local food and wine as well as visiting Moorish castles and Baroque churches or drink from one of the many natural springs in the area.
Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit will secure the villa with the balance to be paid two months before arrival. Upon arrival a security deposit of £150 must be paid, returnable at check out.
