Changeover day
In the main season changeover day is on a Saturday,out of season then this can be flexible. The villa must be vacated on departure day by 10am and new arrivals after 4pm as to allow for cleaning, but arrangements can be made to drop off luggage before 4pm

The villa is within a 20 minute drive of over 15 golf courses. La Siesta Golf course is literally a couple of minutes from the apartment, and La Cala, Miraflores, Capobino, El Chapperel and Calanova are all approximately a 10 minute drive away.
Distances
Malaga and Airport is approx 40km away (30 minutes drive).
Mijas village is approx 10 km away (15 minutes drive).
Marbella town is 14km away (10 minutes drive).
La Cala is approx 5km away (5 minutes drive).
Gibraltar is 50 minutes away.
Granada and Sierra Nevada is usually a 2 hour drive away.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is also required, with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. along with a £300.00 Key and breakage deposit, which is returnable following the rental, return of the keys and less any breakages or possible damages. The balance has to be paid 6 to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Note: The cost of any money transfers are to be paid by the renters and cannot be deducted from the agreed rental costs.
