The villa is 2 years old and tastefully furnished, with central heating including Satellite TV in 14 languages and stereo. The main bedroom is very large with a balcony and the other bedrooms have two single beds. The villa is detached with a carport and the outside is tastefully tiled. The villa has a shared pool with 29 houses but the pool does not get too crowded as most of the people are second home owners. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture for your use. The beautiful beach is 5 mins away by car, there is a bus that takes you direct to the beach during the main holiday period. There are many other beautiful sandy beaches nearby. There are two parts to the Marina, the old high street is mainly Spanish and the urbanisation is all nationalities. There are numerous golf courses nearby, also the well known Villamartin. Nearby is Guardamar, Torrevieja and Santa Pola. Local car hire can be arranged at good rates. There is also Go-Karting, and Waterparks nearby.

Outside
The outside of the villa is tiled with planters. There are 3 sets of table and chairs for the balconies and porch. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue. The house is next door but one to the large pool area, shared by 29 houses.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 5 mins by car, walking 30 mins downhill, harder coming back as it is uphill. The beach has a natural pine forest where the Spanish locals picnic at weekends. There is a local bus to take you direct to the beach in the main season.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses 20/30 mins by car:-
Club de Golf Alicante. Club de Golf Alenda. Club de Golf El Plantio. Club de Golf Villa Martin. La Finca. Rojales.
Travel
Nearest Airport - Alicante - 15/20 mins by car south of Alicante (one straight coast road). Use of car recommended.
Distances
Alicante 20 mins, Guardamar, 5 mins, Santa Pola - 10 mins. Torrevieja - 15/20 mins. Elche 20 mins inland.
Further details
Local shops, bars, banks and restaurants 5 mins walk. Many others 5/10 mins in the car.
