Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. There is an additional charge for the use of gas during winter months (October to April) at approximately £20 per week.
Winter Let: Ideal for retired couples. From 1 November to 31 March for minimum of one month £800 per month exclusive of gas and electricity. Villa is fully central heated with gas heating.

Notes on accommodation
The property is maintained to a high standard by an english lady who is on hand to assist with any problems. Central heating throughout for the winter months. The property is secure with shutters and decorative grills fitted to all windows. A car is essential to fully enjoy the surrounding areas.

Coast/Beach
A choice of wide sandy beaches within 10 minutes drive. Some with facilities eg: bars/restaurants, sunbeds and some totally unspoilt.
Golf
Plenty of golf courses in the surrounding area.
Travel
1 hrs drive from Valencia Airport and just over 1 hour from from Alicante airport. There is a good train link from Valencia airport to Gandia. Car hire is highly recommended.
Distances
Small local villages within 2 minute drive in either direction with a selection of bars/restaurants and shops including a large, very well stocked supermarket. The large town of Gandia with excellent shops, bars, restaurants and cultural centre within 10 minute drive. The theme parks of benidorm are only 40 minutes drive away. There are plenty of local markets in the area to explore.
Booking notes
Bookings can be arranged by e-mail or telephone. £100 deposit per week at time of booking, balance to be paid one month prior to travel. Refundable deposit of £50 is also payable against damage/breakage and this is refunded within seven days of departure provided there are no problem.
