It is just 10 minutes drive from Moraira where there are excellent shop's, a beautiful beach, welcoming bars and restaurants and a marina. There is also a 9 hole golf course just five minutes away from the villa. This is an ideal choice for couples and families alike, looking for a quiet retreat or a base from which to explore the many interesting sights that this area of Spain has to offer. With it's private pool, (8x4m), private barbeque area and pretty secluded gardens, it's a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Spanish sunsets, those midnight dips in the pool and a glass or two of Spanish wine! There is no extra charge for the inevitable stargazing! The accommodation is on 2 levels and if preferred can be used as two self contained apartments, allowing for two families to holiday comfortably together.

Notes on accommodation
Excluding the school holiday periods, we would be prepared to let either apartment on a separate rental basis. Within this, we would guarantee that the other apartment would not be let, therefore giving exclusive access to pool and gardens.

25% deposit on booking, with balance paid 2 months before departure. A £300 refundable deposit against damages and return of keys.
