The apartment is situated in rural Spain, set amongst beautiful olive groves and only 10 minutes drive from Lake Iznajar with its extensive beach, where you can swim, take out a canoe or pedalo and fish for truly gigantic carp. Also ideal for walkers, artists, bikers etc. Only 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 35 minutes from Malaga beach, 1 hour from Granada and 2 hours from Seville. A perfect location for that away from it all holiday yet within easy reach of local night life. In winter you can ski in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the morning and sit on the beach in the afternoon. Also the perfect centre for house hunting in Central Andalucia. There are many bars/cafes/restaurants within a 10 minute drive where food is inexpensive and good.

Outside
Pool 8 metres by 4 metres, 1-2 metres deep, with underwater lights for that after dark dip on those long hot summer evenings. Terrace with BBQ, sunbeds, parasols, etc. where you can relax, tan and enjoy your poolside meals and drinks.
Coast/Beach
50 minutes drive from Malaga airport. 35 minutes from Malaga beach. 1 hour from Granada and 2 hours from Seville.
Golf
Golf at nearby Antequera. Antequera Golf is a brand new 18 hole course, with club hire if needed, excellent restaurant and bar and is situated within a 40 minute drive from the apartment.
Travel
Car hire is essential. Bike hire is also available locally.

The owners, Irene and Peter live on site and are more than happy to provide any help you may need such as restaurants, bars, places to visit, where to shop etc. House hunters, this is the perfect central location, with good uncrowded roads and motorways, providing easy access to a wide variety of country, village and town properties where bargains are still to be had. Assistance and advice freely offered. In the area you will also find, bird watching, guided mountain biking, pony trekking and golf.
Booking notes
Payments in euros or UK pounds, non-refundable deposit of 25% on booking and remainder paid in full eight weeks prior to holiday. Fully inclusive of gas and electricity.

Thanks to Irene and Peter for the best holiday we can remember. The location is ideal, both tranquil and picturesque but within easy access of the motorway network. Positioned centrally between Seville, Malaga, Cordoba and Granada we were spoiled for places to see. With the added bonus of a beautiful pool waiting at the end of a long hot days sightseeing.
