This two bedroomed luxury apartment is situated between Marbella and Malaga on a quiet secure gated residental complex but within easy reach of the beach. It is modern, spacious and has a large terrace with beautiful views of the sea, ideal for al-fresco dining or just relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. The apartment can accommodate four comfortably, although can accommodate six as there is a double sofabed in the lounge.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with solar hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge with dining table and chairs, sofa (converts to double bed), Sky TV, DVD, CD player/radio and ceiling fan. The lounge leads out on to the large terrace via patio doors.
Other: Entry hall with entry phone for visitor access.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels (excluding beach towels) and linen included. Weekly linen and towel change. Apartment cleaned before and after each letting.

Outside
There is a large swimming pool, a child friendly pool and small circular pool next to the paddle tennis court all set in beautiful quiet surroundings with sea views.

Coast/Beach
The nearby underpass leads to a safe beach with a number of atmospheric beach bars (Chiringuitos). There are also great beaches at La Cala, Cabopino and Playa Miraflores all a short drive away.

Golf
There are excellent golf facilities minutes away from the apartment including the Miraflores golf course and Cabopino Club de Golf S.A.

Travel
Malaga airport is 20 minutes away. Use of a car is recommended given the wonderful places to visit such as Granada, Marbella, or the village of Mijas with its charming ambience and Spanish flavour. There are also many child friendly attractions to visit such as The Crocodile Park, Torremolinos, Prado World, Estepona, Aquapark, Torremolinos, Tivoli World, Benalmadena, Funny Beach, Marbella, Sea-Life, Benalmadena, Selwo Wildlife Park, Estepona and Snake City, Benalmadena.

Distances
The fantastic Marina of Cabopino is only 5 minutes drive away, whilst the famous Puerto Banus is only 20Km. Marbella is only 15km away and Fuengirola approximately 8km.

Further details
There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away (walking) which is open 24/7. There are also two large commercial centres - La Canada on the A7 towards Marbella and the newly built Miramar in Fuengirola, also not forgetting the many designer shops situated in Marbella and Puerto Banus.
There are many excellent restaurants nearby to suit all tastes, including Club Miraflores with nightly entertainment, Alberts at Cabopino or the Oceano which has fantastic sea views. David's bar, Georges Bar and Max Beach Bar all offer a friendly and comfortable atmosphere and are only a short walk away.
Apart from golf there are water sports of every description, horse riding, dolphin trips, boat excursions and a newly built racecourse a short drive away.
The Aztec Country Club is also open to non-residents and has an internet centre, games room, tennis courts, badmington,gym and olympic swimming pool as well as bars and restaurants. The Club del Sol has 12 excellent clay tennis courts, 5 plexi cushion courts and squash facilities and is open 7 days a week.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% of the total cost for the duration of your stay must be paid when booking. For any client booking within 8 weeks of their departure date, payment must be made in full. An inventory deposit of £100 is required to cover the cost of damage/breakages. On your return the deposit will be forwarded to you within 14 days, less any amount in respect of damage/breakages or loss of keys.
