Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, as are arrival and departure times. Although arrivals are preferably not to be be between 10pm and 8am and departure times are preferably not to be between 10pm and 8am as we meet and greet the clients personally.

Outside
Being a ground floor apartment you have access to the gardens from the terraces. There is a shared pool for the apartments that is heated. There is 24 hour security on site with regular patrols.
Coast/Beach
The beach is less than a 15 minute drive.
Golf
The apartment is situated on the Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club which is set set in 250 acres of gently undulating land at the foot of the Andalucias' Sierra Blanca mountains. The apartment overlooks the 17th hole with spectacular views! The course which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros is an 18 hole, par 72 with breathtaking views through the valley to the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and North Africa beyond, constitutes golf at its very best. For amateur golfers there are two driving ranges where olfers of all levels may receive lessons from fully qualified Club professionals. Clubhouse - Lovely restaurant and bar, outside terrace, squash, tennis, sauna, full fitness centre, a childrens play area and a well equipped Pro shop.
Skiing
Within two and a half hours drive you can enjoy excellent skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.

Nearest International Airport: Malaga - 35 Kilometres.
Nearest motorway junction: 1 Kilometre.
Car hire/use of car: necessary.
Distances
Marbella Town Centre and famous Golden Mile beach are all under a 15 minute drive. Famous Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive. San Pedro de Alcantara is a 5 minute drive, with supermarkets and banks and a weekly market. Gibraltar is a 45 minute drive.

Marbella Town Centre, supermarkets and the beach are all close by as is famous Puerto Banus with its shops, restaurants and glittering nightlife. San Pedro de Alcantara, a typical spanish town with supermarkets, banks, a weekly market, unspoilt beach and a lovely promenade with a variety of restaurants is also close by. For the younger ones there is Selwo Nature and Adventure Park, two Aqua Parks and a Theme Park all close by. Malaga Airport is 45 minute drive and Ronda with it's ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and breathtaking gorge is approximately 45 minute drive as is Gibraltar. Within two and a half hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing at Sierra Nevada or visit Cordoba, Seville, Morocco or Granada on a comfortable dat trip. Sailing, walking, horse riding, cycling and all watersports are also available close by.
Booking notes
Booking to be done online initially. Reservation/damages deposit of £200 to be paid immediately on confirmation of booking which is refunded on satisfactory checkout inspection. The full rental fee is to be paid one month before arrival.

House swap considered for the areas of West Sussex or York areas. Minimum 3 beds sleep 2 adults 3 children. Please call.
