Superbly positioned, right on the beach, this new, frontline, air-conditioned apartment complex overlooking the beach is available for rentals. All apartments are fully equipped for self-catering. The apartment building has residents-only, seasonal pools and a large sunbathing area, situated in the private inner courtyard. The complex is made up of two blocks. There are 2 lifts in each block and ramps throughout the communal areas, making this a wheelchair friendly complex. Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach, with a children’s play area, is directly in front of the apartment building. We own 6 apartments in this complex but can only show a maximum of 4 on this site. Our fifth apartment overlooks the pool terrace and is similar to ref: 10175. Our sixth apartment is like 22222.

Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned (hot and cold). Bed linen and towels provided, except beach towels.
There are other two-bedroom apartments available in this complex, making it an ideal location for larger families or groups. Arrangements can be made to hire cots, cars and garage space.

Coast/Beach

Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness. This beach, with a children’s play area, is directly in front of the apartment building.
Golf
For golf lovers there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance (15-20 minutes).
Travel
Both Alicante and Murcia airports are about a 45 minute drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged. There is no need to hire a car as everything is within walking distance, but car hire can be arranged if desired.
Distances
Just a 5-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch your children on the beach while enjoying a nice relaxing meal! The numerous restaurants cater for all tastes. You are also within 20-30 minutes walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, nightlife and an extensive new promenade.
Further details
There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce.
Booking notes
Please supply dates and numbers of adults and children so that we can confirm the price and availability. A 25% deposit is payable upon booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. We can accept cheques or bank transfers (or payment in cash upon arrival for late bookings).

BW of Cheshire stayed in BM22222 on 5 separate occasions from Sept. 2004 to June 2007: “We’ve had wonderful weeks in your apartment. It was magnificent and we had very relaxing times. Just sitting on the balcony admiring the view is our idea of a great holiday. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything that we needed.”
