This 2 bedroom bungalow is situated on a private development close to the small town of Teulada and 10 minutes drive away from the fishing port/resort of Moraira. It overlooks vineyards and enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views. There is a large shared swimming pool, with toddlers' pool, and two tennis courts. Beaches, shops, restaurants and bars are all within a short drive.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday but can be flexible. Approximate arrival and departure times would be helpful.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, its own small balcony and a portable TV for local TV programmes. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet, wash basin and WC. The shower room has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, juicer and all the necessary crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, etc. A breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen area from the living room. |
| Utility Room: | Iron and ironing board, cleaning equipment, tools and beach umbrellas. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has seating for up to 8 people, a satellite TV (bring your own Sky card), video and DVD players. The separate dining room has a six seater dining table, books, games, radio and drinks trolley. |

Standing fans and room heaters are provided.
Outside
On the main patio there are two tables with chairs and a small naya (covered area). There is a small private patio leading off the second bedroom. The large communal pool has a toddlers' pool attached and has toilet/changing facilities. The tennis courts are next to the pool as is the public telephone box.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Moraira is the nearest and is a 10 minute drive away. There are many others, including Javea and Denia to the north and Calpe and Benidorm to the south. Benidorm is about 30 minutes away by car and there are frequent ferry sailings from Calpe.
Golf
Javea Golf Club is within a 15 minute drive to the north and there is a nine hole course about the same distance to the south. There are many golf facilities in this part of the Costa Blanca including, in particular, Oliva, about 45 minutes drive to the north.
Travel
Teulada is about an hour away from both Alicante and Valencia airports. As there is no local public transport, apart from taxis, a car is essential. A bus service runs between the main towns and there is an attractive single track railway that runs between Alicante and Denia, with a station in Teulada.
Distances
The walk to Teulada takes about 20 minutes along a very narrow road but 5 minutes along the main road by car. Benitachell is a town of similar size to Teulada and is about the same distance along the same narrow road and main road but in the opposite direction. Moraira is a 10 minute drive away.
Further details
There are many restaurants in the area, including Teulada, Benitachell and Moraira, ranging from beach bars and bistros to those offering first class international cuisine. There is at least one nightclub in Moraira and there can also be found all water sport activities, shops and banks and a funfair. Horse riding, walking and climbing are available in the surrounding hills and mountains.
