The house is set amidst its own olive grove. A door from the living area leads straight out onto an enclosed vine covered terrace with private full size swimming pool. Below the pool are two further sun terraces with stunning views of the lake. It is a perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday or to discover the many delights of Andalucia.

Changeover day
Our bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with more flexibility out of season.
Bookings start at 4.00pm and finish at 10.00am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and luxury en-suite bathroom and large balcony. Bedroom 2 is twin bedded with en-suite WC, washing facilities and balcony. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with twin beds/large double with doors leading onto the terrace. |

Linen, is included and changed weekly. Personal towels, and tea towels are supplied with a change mid week. Pool towels are also supplied. The house is cleaned to a high standard on changeover. |

Notes on accommodation
Casa Feliz has been totally renovated. It has been furnished tastefully and comfortably equipped to a high standard. It has a wood burning stove in the lounge for winter evenings and free standing fans for the summer months. Electricity, gas, water are included in the tariff and logs for the fire are included during winter low season only. Casa Feliz has a 'No Smoking' policy inside the house.
Outside
The house is set in its own olive grove, there are also gardens, two sun terraces on a split level, enclosed vine covered terrace with private 8 x 4 pool plus an enclosed courtyard to the rear and good size parking area.
Outside there are tables and chairs, sun-loungers and parasols and large gas barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Iznajar Lake beach is just a 5 minute drive. It has a large sandy beach where you can swim, fish or hire pedalos or boats. There is also a restaurant and bar on the beach edge.
Costa del Sol beaches are just a 50 minute drive away.
Golf
A newly completed 18 hole beautiful parkland course at Antequera approx 30mins away 30 euros a round.
A course at Granada (1 Hr away)below the Sierra Nevada mountains plus plenty of famous courses on the Costa Del Sol 1 hour away.
Skiing
Good skiing 1-1/2 hours away at the international resort at Sierra Nevada.
Special interest holidays
Have fun and learn a new hobby during your holiday with art lessons for total beginners with Michael Bernasconi (The villa owner) in his covered terrace studio with fantastic views over the valley. All materials are included along with a refreshement break in a 2 hour session for as little as 15.00 € per person. While on holiday why not take a look around Michael's art gallery set in the domed water tower at Casa Feliz entrance.
Travel
Car hire is essential.
Malaga Airport 50 minutes.
Granada Airport 40 minutes.
Seville Airport 2hrs.
Distances
Casa Feliz is a great base for sightseeing. Less than 1-1/2 hrs drive is Cordoba with the Arabian Mosque (La Mesquita) the beautiful city of Seville just 2hrs drive. Granada with The Arabian monumnets of 'La Alhambra' is only 1 hr away. The beaches of Costa del Sol 50 minutes drive. Our local village of Iznajar pronounced (ith-nak-har) is just a 5 minute drive away with it's steep cobbled streets, ancient castle and churches, plus a selection of quaint hidden shops.
Further details
There are restaurants, bars, banks, shops and local hospital and doctors in Iznajar.
Booking notes
We require a £200 deposit per week with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.

We have had a lovely week here - very relaxing & quiet. The villa views and pool all lived up to our hopes and more. The welcome pack was very generous and everything we needed was here "home from home". My 3 teenage children and I had a very good art lesson and are going home with some lovely pieces. Thank you Michael for your patience. The sunrises were beautiful & we will remember this villa and it's views for a long time to come.
