Large shared swimming pool, set in lovely landscaped gardens, with free sun beds around.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Denia are only a ten minute drive away. From Denia you can catch a ferry to the Balearics. Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks, Mundomar and Aqualandia are located at Benidorm. Vergal Safari park is 20 mins drive away.
Golf
The apartment is five minutes drive from the Jose Maria Olazabal designed La Sella golf course, 18 holes a further 9 being built, there are three more courses within 15km radius four more within a 45 min drive Golf tee times can be pre booked through owners. Big discounts given by some courses during June and September.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding lessons and hacks can be taken from stables nearby. there are 6 tennis courts and instruction can be had. The location is also good for cycling and mountain walking. Rock climbing nearby, or just a stroll through the orange groves or on the beach.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are about one hours drive away. A car is recommended for this holiday, for non drivers pick up at the Airport can be arranged.

Mike and Angela have decorated their apartment to a very high standard, the way they would expect to find themselves, when on holiday. The apartment has just been decorated and all new furniture added.There is a supermarket, chemist, restaurants Internet cafe and a bar 30 mtrs away We hope that you will enjoy your stay in these lovely surroundings and return year after year.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is payable on booking the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. There is also a £100 damage deposit returnable after inspection.
