There are many facilities close by including supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, a variety of other shops and a go-kart track for those looking for a little more energetic amusement. The region is known for its 3 excellent golf courses, all within 10 minutes drive. The main Town of Torrevieja is also just 5 minutes drive from the property.A place for all seasons whatever your reasons!.

Changeover day
We work throughout the year on a Saturday turnover. But in Low Season we can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
A car is not essential but competitive rates can be offered on cars or a minibus. Taxis to and from the Airport can also be arrranged.
Outside
Private well mainained garden with patio areas and patio furniture. There is a barbecue and a 9 x 4 mtr private pool. The pool and garden are maintained by a local man who is available for assistance. There is also ample parking space.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk to delightful, small sandy bay and promenade for those who like to stroll.
Golf
3 golf courses all with 10 minutes drive.

Travel
The property is 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia airport. Car hire is not essential but recommended for those who want to explore.
Distances
The main Town of Torrevieja is 7 minutes drive away and there are several small spanish villages all within 15 minutes drive away. Alicante has an award winning state of the art Archaeological Museum where you can view the remains from the ancient city of Lucentum, some of which date back to the 5th and 4th century BC. Alicante and Murcia have there fair share of good art museums and historical buildings and there are many dance venues for those who want to put their skills to the test.
Further details
There are several bowls clubs in the area, sea fishing, for those who enjoy bird watching there are a number of nature reserves designed for this activity. Horse Riding is available at very reasonable rates and all the various water sports that you would expect. There are two Aqua Parks in the area, a Bowling Alley, Cinema, Casino, Discos and plenty of live entertainment including flamenco dancing. The famous Terra Mitica Theme Park is just 1 hour drive away as is Benidorm with all it's many entertainment venues. La Manga, where all the international football teams and sports personalities come to train and relax is only 45 minutes drive away.
