The lounge area has two three seater settees and is complete with Satellite TV a DVD/CD Player, with a selection of DVD’s & CD’s. It has a microwave, iron plus board, electric kettle, coffee percolator. Las Tres Piedras has three good sized bedrooms, with lots of storage space, one twin and two doubles sleeping up to 6 people all of which has there own hairdyer. A contemporary bathroom and separate shower room. It also has a spacious dining area with tables and chairs for six people. Also a lounge area with two three seater setees. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The apartment has a huge roof terrace, with unspoilt views over the Atlantic as far as the eye can see. There are two private balconies overlooking the beach and park area. One with garden furniture. The Spanish themselves know about the year round delights of the authentic fishing town.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is ideally situated for the beach. Only a 3 minute walk and you are at the steps of one of the most unspoilt beaches in Spain.

The sunny and warm winter climate enjoyed by the region has led to it becoming unrivalled as a summer or winter golf destination. Many international golf competitions are played in the area. A car is a great idea if you want to explore the areas around Conil, but is not essential as everything is within walking distance of the apartment. Driving distances from the nearest airports are as follows: Jerez 60km/40 minutes(Ryann air). Gibralter 110km/60 minutes. Malaga 220km/2hrs 15 mins. Seville 150km/1hr 30mins

The apartment is only 5 minute walk into the old town where there are lots of great tapas bars and restaurants.
But if you want to visit the surrounding areas, you are within an hours drive of Gibraltar, Jerez, Cadiz, Tarifa, Bologna, medinia sidona the list is endless!!
