The apartment is on the ground floor and has a south-west facing balcony with tremendous views over the two golf courses on the urbanization and the mountains behind.

Changeover day
Rentals normally run from 2pm Saturday of arrival to 10am Saturday of departure, (to allow for cleaning), but changeovers on other days can sometimes be arranged on payment of a surcharge.

Towels and linen are included (but not beach towels) and are changed every week. The property is cleaned and inspected before and after every let. |

Coast/Beach
Mijas Golf is situated about 4 km outside Fuengirola, on the road to Coin. The bustling town of Fuengirola has wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, an English theatre, and a range of every conceivable shop from a typical Spanish Market to major hypermarket stores.
Golf
The apartment overlooks the two championship golf courses of Mijas Golf, with the clubhouse some seven minutes walk. There are a further six courses within a few minutes drive and a total of around 57 in the vicinity.
Discounted green fees and tee times can be arranged.
Travel
Malaga Airport is at present about 25 minutes drive, but this will be shortened when a new link road is completed.
Reliable, affordable car hire can be arranged.
Distances
Tennis courts, horse riding, an aqua-park, and go-karting are all within close proximity.
Situated just outside the main entrance are two typically Spanish restaurant/bars offering excellent hospitality at a reasonable price.
Beach: 4.5 km
Impressive new shopping mall, now open: 2.5 km

5 minutes walk to the excellent 5 star Byblos Hotel with facilities open to residents of the urbanisation.
