The property is detached in private grounds, being the ground floor of a lovely private Villa situated in the small Spanish Village of Arroyo de la Miel on the coast of Benalmadena with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. We have a private chauffeur who will collect you on your arrival and take you back to the airport on your departure for the same cost as a local taxi. The property is 5 minutes by car to the beach and the world famous Benalmadena Port which boasts some of the best restaurants on the Costa del Sol. Larger parties can be accommodated in two neighbouring villas of the same high standard.

Rent is normally Saturday to Saturday. Special discounts available for long lets of 4 plus weeks. Car Hire: We have three very nice cars for hire at the Villa - check local car hire prices - our prices are lower. Also you do not have to wait for your car at the airport - we can collect you and take you straight to the Villa where your car will be waiting. Late availability offers negotiable.
Changeover day
Usual changeover is Saturday. Premises to be vacated by 11am.

| Kitchen: | Modern fitted with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer -dishwasher, cooking utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | The air conditioned lounge (with satellite TV) opens onto a large terrace that overlooks a well kept garden with orange and lemon trees surrounding the private swimming pool. |
| Other: | Two additional folding beds can be used in the lounge. A cot is also available. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided, but we would ask you to bring your own beach towels for use outside. Cleaned/changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Large terrace for alfresco dining overlooking the pool with sea and mountain views. The terrace also has a pool table to keep the small (and large)!! boys occupied.
Outside
Garden with barbecue, patio and sunbeds. The villa has its own exclusive swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
A short 5 minute drive to the beach and port area.
Golf
There are over 50 golf courses on the "Costa del Golf". The nearest to Benalmadena is Golf Torrequebrada approx 5 minutes drive from the property.
Travel
Malaga airport is 15 minutes drive. We have a private chauffeur who will collect you on your arrival and take you back to the airport on your departure for the same cost as a local taxi.

Further details
Arroyo del la Miel has it's own shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Tivoli World is approximately 5 minute drive from the property which holds the famous 'Spanish Friday Market' and a cable car ride where you can enjoy a cold drink whilst taking in the breathtaking views of Benalmadena. In addition to the Golf Courses there is also a Diving School and Horse riding nearby. There is a water park just a short drive away.
