The property is detached in private grounds, being the ground floor of a lovely private Villa situated in the small Spanish Village of Arroyo de la Miel on the coast of Benalmadena with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. We have a private chauffeur who will collect you on your arrival and take you back to the airport on your departure, the cost of which is less than a local taxi. The property is 5 minutes by car to the beach and the world famous Benalmadena Port which boasts some of the best restaurants on the Costa del Sol. Larger parties can be accommodated in two neighbouring villas.

Notes on prices
If you have the luxury of being able to take a holiday at short notice, (a week/10 days) and there is availability of the villa, I am prepared to do a deal.
Changeover day
Usual changeover is Saturday. Out of season another day would be considered.
Villa to be vacated by 11 a.m. on day of departure. If you have a late flight I can possibly help you by finding you somewhere to go before your trip to the Airport.
Accommodation

| Living Rooms: | The air conditioned lounge (with satellite TV) opens onto a large terrace that overlooks a well kept garden with orange and lemon trees surrounding the private swimming pool. The air conditioning is operated by 1 euro coins. |

Bed linen and plenty of towels are provided, but we would ask you to bring your own beach towels for use outside. Cleaned/changed weekly. |

Notes on accommodation
Large terrace for alfresco dining overlooking the pool with sea and mountain views. The terrace also has a pool table, which is operated by 1 euro coins.
Outside
Garden with barbecue, patio and sunbeds. The villa has its own exclusive swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
A short 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches and port area. In the village of Arroyo de la Miel you will find a very efficient Train Station. The trains are ultra modern and air conditioned. One way to Torremolinos, Airport and Malaga City Center and in the other direction to Fuengirola.
Golf
There are over 50 golf courses on the "Costa del Golf". The nearest to the villa is Torrequebrada and can be viewed from our terrace.
Special interest holidays
If you would like to learn a little spanish whilst you are on holiday or brush up on the spanish you already know then this can be arranged with a qualified teacher who will come to you and give you lessons in hours to suit you. Very reasonable rates, price depending on how many in the class.
Travel
Malaga airport is 12/15 minutes drive. We have a private chauffeur who will collect you on your arrival and take you back to the airport on your departure for less cost than a local taxi. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and one direction takes you to the village of Arroyo, Benalmadena Costa and Marina and in the other direction to Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas. The theme park of Tivoli World and the village of Arroyo de la Miel is a 20 min. walk away. Car Hire arranged by owner.

Further details
Arroyo de la Miel has it's own shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Tivoli World which holds the famous 'Spanish Friday Market' and a cable car ride where you can enjoy a cold drink whilst taking in the breathtaking views of Benalmadena. In addition to the Golf Courses there is also a Diving School and Horse riding facilities nearby. There is a water park just a short drive away.
Booking notes
Contact owner. A deposit of 100 pounds secures a booking and the balance will be paid into a Royal Bank of Scotland Bank Account in the UK or alternatively into a Unicaja Bank in Spain, 6 weeks before arrival.
