This outstanding 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment lies on the beautiful island of Isla Canela. It boasts breathtaking beaches and is an ideal holiday location for both leisure and sport. The apartment is a 1 minute walk from the 7km of sandy beach, and less than 5 minutes drive from an 18 hole golf course. The delightful town of Ayamonte is 10 minute drive away, and has many restaurants and cafe bars. The location of Isla Canela makes it an ideal gateway to the Algarve. Portugal is infact only 20 minutes away by car. This opens up the availability to many more beaches and Golf Courses. To the east of Isla Canela lies beautiful Seville (about 1.5 hours drive). For the more adventurous an overnight stay in Marbella can be highly recommended.

Isla Canela Costa de la Luz. It is the bright beautiful shimmering light that stays in your memory long after you leave, The Island of Isla Canela on the Costa de la Luz. Located on the South-westerly tip of Spain, on the border with Portugal, you can still come and discover the ‘Real Spain’. Isla Canela has golden sandy beaches that stretch 7 kilometres washed with beautiful blue Atlantic waves; this is a beach-lovers paradise. In the height of summer you can lie amongst the sand dunes and listen to the waves in tranquility. Isla Canela has an 18 hole golf course and due to the very mild temperatures all year round (more than 300 days of sunshine) golf can be played throughout the year. Isla Canela is situated within a peaceful bird sanctuary which offers protection for many varieties of wildlife. The marina at Isla Canela has 230 berths, and close to the Marina is the Commercial Centre with supermarkets, shops and an excellent range of bars and restaurants. Pull up a seat, order an ice-cold beer and watch the fishermen sailing home. The nearest town to Isla Canela (often referred to the Spanish Algarve) is Ayamonte. It is small town, with quaint narrow streets and beautiful plazas. Apartment. The 2 bedrooms consist of a double and two single bed layouts and are luxuriously fitted. The facilities available on site are two pools (one adult and one child’s); a tennis court and two.

We had a really lovely holiday in Isla Canela. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped and the kids absolutely loved the large swimming pool. The beach was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t believe how quiet it was in August.
