This fabulous air-conditioned apartment is located within walking distance of the sophisticated marina and beaches of Puerto Banus, with its international restaurants, lively bars, night-clubs and nearby casino. It is set in the beautiful Senorio de Aloha complex with three swimming pools, two children's pools, landscaped gardens, waterfalls, and paddle tennis. Access to the apartment is by lift or stairs, and there is secure underground parking and 24 hour security. This beautifully furnished apartment has marble floors and bathrooms, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space, and there are two full bathrooms, one en-suite to the double bedroom. The comfortable lounge/diner leads on to a very spacious terrace with furniture for 'Al Fresco' dining, with stunning views of both the mountains and the wonderful bay of Marbella. There is a further terrace at the back leading from the double bedroom.

Notes on prices
Extra days can be booked and will be charged at a daily rate equal to 1/7 of a week. Where the beginning of the rental starts in one charge period and ends in another, a pro-rata rate will apply. Reduced rates for longer term rentals (more than 3 weeks) can be negotiated. Payment can be made by Sterling cheque, bank transfer or most major credit or debit cards. For bookings made within 2 weeks of departure we can only accept credit/debit cards or bank transfer. Z-bed hire + £50pw.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover day.
Usual arrival and departure times are 4pm for arrivals and 11am for departures. These times can be flexible depending whether or not there are other clients on the changeover day.

Notes on accommodation
We have Sky TV with all its free channels. However, should you want to watch your own regions news and programme listings, it will be necessary for your to bring your Skycard.
Outside
The complex has three swimming pools as well as two children's pools. The area around the pools is fully landscaped, and sun loungers are provided. There is a paddle tennis court free of charge.
Coast/Beach
The beaches around Puerto Banus can be reached by foot and takes around 15 minutes.
Golf
From the apartment it will take no longer than 10 minutes to drive to any one of the very popular courses of Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas. There are also at least a further 25 courses within a 20 minute drive, including several 9 hole coures and Championship courses. La Dame de Noche golf course also have floodlights for night play. Travel
Malaga airport is appro 35 miles away.A car is not a necessity as the beaches and the Port can be reached by walking or a very short bus ride Should you want to venture further afield there is a good bus service. The taxi fare from the airport can set you back about Eur 90, so it can be more economical to hire a car. Our clients receive a 15% discount from Helle Hollis car rental company. We can arrange a taxi transfer from/to the airport where you will be met by our driver with the keys.
Distances
Puerto Banus is situated between Marbella town and San Pedro town, some 35 miles from Malaga airport. The centre of Nueva Andalucia is less than 1 mile north of Puerto Banus.
Further details
The apartment is located approx 10 mins walk from the marina of Puerto Banus, and its adjacent beaches. It is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world. There is a wide array of bars, restaurants and shops along the waterfront. In the shopping area behind the Port there is the famous El Cortes Ingles department store, as well as many other designer shops. If you don’t fancy the 10 min walk there is a regular bus service to the marina, and the bus stop is located directly outside the complex! Less than 5 mins walk from the apartment are two supermarkets, a shopping centre, very good restaurants,a gym and a pharmacy. The shopping centre is also home to the very popular Saturday market, where many bargains can be found.
Booking notes
If you decide to book our apartment, we send a booking form together with our terms and conditions for rental, which we need completed and sent back to us with a 25% deposit within 5 days. We can accept credit/debit card payments. All bookings can therefore be done by e-mail or fax. All monies received will be fully receipted. The balance of the rental cost will be due 8 weeks before departure, together with a refundable £150 deposit.

From the initial enquiry regarding the apartment to returning home,the information and help provided has been fantastic.The apartment is in a brilliant location within easy distance of Puerto Banus centre and the port and is very well equipped and very well-maintained.We didn't bother to hire a car for the week and found we could get around the area quite easily.The pool area is clean and well maintained, but the beach is worth a visit as well-great for people watching!

The apartment,facilities,proximity to Puerto Banus Harbour (leisurely 15 minute stroll) and restaurants on the doorstep make this a genuine 5 star holiday rental.The view from the balcony is the best I have ever experienced in all my travels.There is also an excellent pick-up service available from Malaga Airport. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
As soon as we saw the apartment block and the fabulous views it offered, we were smitten. In the morning it is the perfect location for a walk to the nearby shops for a leisurely mooch around, a cooked breakfast and a coffee, or a stroll down to the more exciting marina at anytime of the day. It is so easy to get around, even without a car.
Unique benefits of the property
It is great having your own self-catering apartment. No need for clock watching as to the times of meals in hotels. Also, you get the benefit of having more space for less cost. We especially like being able to sit on our gorgeous balcony admiring the views, while being able to pour our own generous drinks! and not having to always scrub up and go out.
