Living Rooms: Large lounge overlooking the sea, dining area for 6-8 people, open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD player.
Cleaning/towels/

Linen and towels provided weekly (except pool and beach towels).

 

Notes on accommodation
We have a manager who is available at all times. He will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Linen is changed every week. Guests staying for longer who do not wish to be disturbed can ask for a clean set of linen and towels to be provided. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week (normally Saturday).

Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port. The property is secure for children and pets as it is surrounded by a fence with gates. It also benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles).

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5 minutes drive away.

Golf
This entire area is a golfer's paradise with year-round sun and numerous championship golf courses within easy reach. Within 10 minutes drive, you will find La Cala North and South golf courses and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Also within easy driving distance are the famous courses of Valderrama, Torrequebrada, Alhaurin La Grande and Monte Mayor. There are nearly 60 courses in Andalucia and 30 are on the Costa del Sol.

Special interest holidays
Mijas provides easy access to all major points on the Costa del Sol. Featuring among them are Málaga capital, which combines significant heritage, headed by the Citadel and the Castle of Gibralfaro, with an extensive choice of leisure options. Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola are other towns with a deep-rooted tourist tradition. Inland, we will find villages with a mountain flavour such as Alhaurín el Grande, with its church of Nuestra Seńora de la Encarnación and the palace of Montellano. In the Sierra de las Nieves Nature Reserve, in the heart of the mountains of Ronda, we can also see the most singular fir tree in the world, the Spanish fir.

Travel
The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). Car hire is recommended and we have our own car which we rent out to customers at very good rates, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater automatic.

Distances
Mijas is 5 minutes drive away, Fuengirola 10 minutes,
Malaga and Marbella 30 minutes, Gibraltar 1 hour, Granada 1 hour 15 minutes.

Local activities include swimming, golf (several courses are very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has many places to visit for sightseeing and shopping: Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, Fuengirola, Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.

Deposit of 10% (minimum €400) required to secure booking. Full amount required 8 weeks before holiday. Deposit refunded one week after holiday less any costs incurred for electricity and telephone. Payment options: cheque or bank transfer. We accept payment in Euros and British Pounds (exchange rate at www.xe.com). Supplement per person per week if more than 6 adults: €75. A discount of 20% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March.
