This spacious and modern villa is build on a 2000 sq. m. plot and is fenced with a haque of cypresses, which provides lots of privacy. It has beautiful views on the valleys and mountains. The beautiful garden has mature trees, olive trees, oleanders, palms and behind the house grow orange, lemon- and figtrees.There is a large parking-space behind an electric gate. Large private pool, 11 x 5 m. , outside shower and a stone barbecue. There is a covered outside area for eating and sitting. Because the villa is L-shaped, all its rooms have direct access to the exterior pool-area. Both bedrooms have airo and ceiling-fans and large build-in closets. The huge kitchen has everything you need. The villa is situated in a peaceful location, near to the beaches of javea, the old town and port. The nearest golfcourse is 3 kms. The Alicante and Valencia airport are both about 1 hour and 15 min. Drive. This villa is perfect for a family upto 5 persons or two couples.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has central heating and a woodburner. Both bedrooms have airco and ceiling fans and build-in closets.
It is very suitable for family's or two couples.
It is a non-smoking house, and no pets please.
In most windows and doors are mosquito nets.
When a cot or highchair is needed, we can provide.
Accessibility
The house is also suitable for the elderly because it is almost on one level.
The main entrance has two steps, the back entrance 1 step and the bedroom level has 2 steps.
Outside
Private 11 x 5 pool, with alongside a huge stone barbeque and outside shower.
The pool is cleaned on a regular base. There is a very beautiful garden. The (english-) gardener comes once a week. Covered area with beautiful views.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Javea-Arenal is about 10 minutes drive. Its is perfect for children; clean clear water, many safe climbing frames and a beach-quard during the season. Many parking spaces. Javea Port has a pebbly beach but has also many, many romantic restaurant on the waterfront.
Golf
The 4-star Marriott Hotel complex have both a 9 hole and a 18 hole course at La Sella. There is also a health spa and gym. This is located about 3 kms. of the villa.
Javea Golf club is slighly further.
Travel
There are many low-cost flights to Alicante or Valencia.
They are both 1 h. and 15 min. drive away using the fast AP-7 motorway.
Car-hire is ideal and essential.
Distances
There is a mini-market at the end of the road (100m.) where you can get almost anything. For a better choice you can shop in Javea, appr. 10 min.
The villa is located about 10 minutes drive from the motorway AP7.
The lovely village Moraira is about 20 min. drive, Altea (the art-village about 30 minutes and Benidorm about 40 minutes.
Inlands there are typical spanish villages within 15 minutes.
The beatiful city of Valencia is about 70 minutes drive.
Further details
Javea is a lovely town, with three different items.
1. there is the old town with beautiful monuments, narrow streets, and weekly
thursday market.
2. the port with its fisherboats and yards and many restaurants.
3. the arenal with it's sandy beach, bars and l restaurants.

Payments in pounds please, 25% on booking, remainder 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit is not refundable unless the villa is re-let during the same period.
Also a 200 pounds breakage deposit.

About the owner
We live in Holland and we have 2 children. They are grown up now and don't live with us anymore. We have bought this villa in 2005 and it has become a place of de-stressing. We fell in love with the montgo area and we still are. The beautiful views and at night black skies full of stars gave us lots of peace.
We are still earning our living, but travel to Javea as much as possible.

It is a very easy house. Modern, private and has these beautiful views.
It isn't in the middle of nowhere, it has houses and people around it, but you don't notice them. It is only a few kilometers from Javea.
