| Other: | The third bedroom is accessed by an external staircase and has its own large terrace with table and chairs and wonderful mountain views. It has its own en-suite and fridge. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 and the lounge area have a ceiling fan. There are electric radiators and a wood burning stove for cooler months. Also on the ground floor there is a covered naya with table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining.

Outside
The villa is very private being enclosed by hedges and security gates and benefits from off road parking. It has a lawned garden with palm trees. The pool is very private approx. 8m x 4m and is entered via Roman steps at the shallow end. There are sun loungers, shower and gas and charcoal barbecues.
Coast/Beach
The villa is in a fantastic postion only 20 mins walk to the sea. The area surrounding the villa is very flat and is ideal for walking. There are numerous award winning beaches along the coast both north and south of Els Poblets. There is a wide variety of water sports and other attractions nearby.
Golf
There are numerous very good golf courses a short drive away from the villa. There are numerous other attractions in close proximity to the villa including theme parks and safari parks.
Travel
The property is just under 1 hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airports. A car is not essential as shops and restaurants are within walking distance, however we would recommend one to visit the many attractions in the area.
Distances
The villa is on the outskirts of the typically Spanish village of Els Poblets. The historical town of Denia with its many attraction and beautiful castle is approx. 7km away. In Denia there are numerous local Fiestas throughout the year. It is also a port with regular ferries to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Majorca and Menorca.
Further details
Only 150m from the villa is a well stocked supermarket with a small bar. A short walk will take you to the village where there is a variety of shops including a butcher, baker, newsagent etc. There are numerous good restaurants within walking distance at the beach and in the village. There is a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops in Denia.
Booking notes
On confirmation of booking a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. Full payment should be made 6 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £250 is required to cover any breakages or damage during your stay. A welcome pack can be arranged for a small charge.
