Changeover day
Arrivals: after 3pm Saturdays. Departure: before 10am Saturdays. Outside of high season (July, August) some flexibility may be possible - please ask.

Outside
8m x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps (2m deep end, 1.2 m shallow end). Cover is provided but children must be supervised at all times when in the pool or garden.
Outside covered terrace with teak dining table and 6 chairs. Patio with 'rustic brick' BBQ. Sun loungers and deck chairs. Front garden - lawn and shrub borders with olive, almond and fig trees. Rear garen - lawn with dappled shade from mature local trees. Side garden - citrus trees. Washing line.
Coast/Beach
The superb sandy beach of Playa la Barossa is about 10 mins drive away.
Golf
There are 16 golf courses in the area. Several within 15 mins drive.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada about 2 hours drive away.
Travel
Jerez airport 35 mins drive. Seville Airport 1h 30mins drive. Gibraltar airport 1 hour drive. Malaga airport 2h 30 mins drive. Many are served by low cost airlines (e.g. Ryan Air, BA, Fly Be, Easy Jet etc). Car hire is recommended. All Inclusive Car Hire offer very good rates in this region (www.all-inclusive-car-hire.com).
Distances
Local shop and bars are about a 5 - 10 min walk (2 min drive). Nearest town is Chiclana de la Frontera - 10 mins drive. Cadiz is 20 mins drive, Jerez 30 mins, Seville 1h 15mins, Gibraltar 1 hr. Superb restaurants abound - many within 10 mins drive. Donana National Park is 1 hr away.
Whale watching and day trips to Morocco depart from Tarifa which is 45 mins south.
Further details
There are about 16 golf courses within 45 mins of the villa. Equestrian activities are well served with riding on the beach and in local forests as well as the Royal School of Equestrian Art in Jerez. Sherry Bodegas give excellent tours and tastings! Aqualand is near Cadiz which is a great day out for the kids. Good surfing is found on the coastline to the south.
