This spacious new villa is situated in the semi-rural village of Pago del Humo - a 10 minute drive from the traditional town of Chiclana de la Frontera. It is set within a large enclosed garden, laid to lawn and enhanced by attractive trees and shrubs. An inviting 10m x 5m private pool, with shallow roman steps at one end, is situated to the rear of the property, overlooked by a terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is plenty of room to chill out, run about or sunbathe in one of the comfortable sunloungers. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/diner and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The village shop, pharmacy, restaurants and bars are a two minute drive or a 15 minute stroll. The nearest beach is the beautiful blue flag beach of La Barossa which is a 15 minute drive away. Here you will find plenty of parking and beachside cafes and restaurants, lifeguards, first aid post and various watersports during the summer.

Outside
Well screened and secluded large enclosed garden mostly laid to lawn, with flowering shrubs and trees. A larger than average 10x5m pool with Roman steps, underwater lights and shower. Two shaded terraces - one with coffee table and comfy chairs and the other with table and chairs for alfresco dining. BBQ, shed and 6 comfortable sun loungers. A double sliding gate gives access to the driveway, although this is rarely used as the villa is situated on a private gravelled lane shared with the next door neighbour. The garden and pool are maintained every week.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful, unspoilt beaches of golden fine sand, lapped by the clear Atlantic Ocean can be found nearby at La Barossa, Sancti Petri, Conil, El Palmar and the beautiful coves at Roche - all within a 15-20 minute drive. The Atlantic coast offers a multitude of watersports and we have also spotted dolphins swimming in the distance. Most beaches have very good lifeguard and first aid facilities - always handy when holidaying with children!
Golf
There are several high quality golf courses in the area, within a 15 minute drive. Designed by some famous names in the golf world, such as Seve Ballesteros and Jose Maria Olazabal.
Travel
Airports: Jerez de la Frontera: 40 mins. Seville: 1 hour via motorway. Gibraltar: 1 hour. Malaga: 2.5 hours via motorway. Car hire is recommended. New for 2007: Two other budget airlines are now offering new routes to the local airports. Monarch Airlines, have introduced Manchester to Jerez, and Click Air are flying Gatwick to Seville.
